there should be a no star rating here...i have been trying since august 3rd to get a refund on squaretrade ins that i decided i did not want and for some reason they keep saying 3 to 5 business days.. now they wont even return my email messages squaretrade said they cant help me until after 30 days and then they wont give me a full refund because it is at the 30 days
