I ordered a mattress for my autistic son because of an incident he had with his . I chose Wayfair because they could get it here in a week , until they took my money , then shipping changed to a month and a half out . Tried 3 times to cancel the order and all 3 times received the same form letter saying they couldn't cancel it because it is preparing for shipping . The same shipping that is still over a month away .Had to buy another mattress elsewhere because my son needed it now not a month from now . Terrible customer service .
