I have not received an order but was charged for ...

I have not received an order but was charged for the items and they are way overdue. I called Fed Ex and they said the items are lost and Wayfair has to put in a claim to locate the lost items. I have been calling for days and no matter how long I stay on hold, nobody picks up the phone. I'm not impressed so far. But Wayfair owes me over $400 for the items that have not been delivered. Does anyone know a contact number I can call to talk with the powers that be about this issue? ! Very frustrated!
