I order a king-sized teak bed from Wayfair, for which I paid nearly $2000.00. I had to wait nearly month for delivery, and when it arrived, late, the headboard was broken. I called, and Wayfair said that they would replace it. The replace was to be shipped about ten days later, and would arrive four days after that. They said I would be sent the tracking info when it was shipped. When the shipping date had passed by several days, I called Wayfair and was advised that my replacement order had been cancelled by the manufacturer, and that there was no indication why. I had not been informed of the cancellation. Now, they again say that they will ship a replacement, but we will have to wait at least two more weeks for that to arrive. I asked to speak with a manager, and was informed that I would have to stay on line for 45 more minutes, at least, in order to do that. I asked whether the manager could call me back, and was informed that a manager could call me, but it would take 5 to 7 business days. In the meantime, my wife and I are sleeping on an uncomfortable old mattress in a guest bedroom, all because of the gross incompetence of this awful company. I will be very hesitant to but anything from them in the future. They just don t seem to care about their customers.
