If I could give Wayfair negative stars, I would. I ordered a sectional sofa on 5/30/20. It was delivered later than they originally told me and damaged. I have been seeking replacement parts from Wayfair since 6/19/20. The customer service I have received has been abysmal with messages to "customer service" on the Wayfair website being answered with generic "I'm sorry you're disappointed" messages and they do not answer phone calls to their customer service number. I have recently filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) after seeing that this is a trend amongst other customers doing business with Wayfair. I would advise any customer that has had a similar experience to file a complaint with the BBB.
