Horrible! They send defective merchandise to people, then when you try to return it, they tell you "refund issued, keep it, donate or trash the item". Weeks have gone by no refund, no resolution when you talk to a rep...they just tell you "Finance is working on it". Complaint has been filed with the BBB in MA since that is where the main/corporate office is located and a dispute has been filed with my bank. But, why does a customer have to go through this? Based on the complaints all over the internet, it seems as if this issue is the new Wayfair constant. Send a defective item, refuse the return, make the customer keep a nonusable item or make them responsible for it's disposal and not return the customer a dime! Terrible service! Maybe customers should start contacting the local media and a few consumer attorneys to let them know what Wayfair is doing! What they are doing just doesn't seem legal?! Absolutely horrible!

I will never do business with Wayfair again and suggest you don't either. They have unfair fee policies. I had 5 stressful phone calls and lost my argument. I've only bought one item with them and it's been so much of a headache!

I was able to visit the offices on a recent trip, and the thing that struck me the most (aside from the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, and the multiple clean, well-stocked kitchens), were the corporate messages on the walls. It is one thing to have a kitchenette in an office setting, it's another thing to put the kind of thought and care into the lives of the people who actually work in those offices. I come from a corporate world where saying you don't understand something, you forgot, make a mistake, or say no, is not just frowned upon, it colors everything you do forevermore. Not at Wayfair. Their approach is carefully and thoughtfully conscious that there are human beings working...and that humans making a mistake or forgetting does not render them useless. I would gladly work with people who believe, "it's okay to have off-days" instead of the mindless automaton yes-men expected in most corporate settings.

I recently ordered a floor fountain and on the day of delivery I was emailed, letting me know that the product was no longer available. I was extremely disappointed in the way it was handled. A half dozen other sites had the exact product for only a few dollars more and Wayfair could have obtained the product for me, but customer service was not evident here.

UPDATE: Dropped to 1-star - horrible company. I will never use Wayfair again. They have repeatedly censored my honest review about the piece of junk couch they sold me. I'm trying to post an honest review to help other potential customers and Wayfair continues to delete my comments. Attn: Wayfair - STOP deleting the comments from my review and post the entire review like you're supposed to. **I've tried to post this review at least 5 times now and Wayfair continues to remove my comments.** I had this couch delivered in late April, 2020. I use the right side recliner the most, and in less than 30 days it was squeaking like a 20 year old chair. If you move around while sitting on the right side, it squeaks and creaks every time you move. Either La-Z-Boy has started making lower quality products or this is an imported version (my opinion). I expected a quality piece of furniture that would last a long time, and that's why I bought a La-Z-Boy. Very disappointed.

Horrible company to do business with in my opinion. I placed my first order with them recently and they made over 12 mistakes and I still never got the product. They don't care about the little guy. Their website makes you believe some things are in stock and they know full well it isn't so if you're getting a gift for someone, buy it at your own risk. Expect a long wait if you try to call them and if you call them several times you will get different answers. Also in my case, they told me at least 10 times my product was in stock, when it really wasn't. They even give you a delivery date even though they don't have it. The worst online company I have ever dealt with!

On the 5th of Feb. I ordered a welcome mat and a flag. Got the welcome map just fine and early. They sent a yard flag that I did not order and on the 11th of Feb. after it was delivered I called to let them know that I was sent the wrong flag. I thought it was ALL corrected and the right flag was to be shipped on the 14th. Today I look it was canceled. I was supposed to have a case worker which I NEVER heard from. Today I called again and the first person I talked to all she did was argue with me. I asked twice to talk to a supervisor and finally she put me on hold. Got a supervisor and had to explain this mess all over again. Apparently nobody knows which end is up at Wayfair right now.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU Wayfair! Just had the most wonderful customer service experience with Kylie. So understanding and compassionate, went completely above and beyond all hopes I could have had when I called to basically tell her my dog ate my brand new comforter (seriously, the first day we had it). Instead of the typical 'sorry, there's nothing we can do', you're sending me a replacement and I sincerely could not be more grateful. Kylie is the best and you guys have a customer for life. Thank you again!!

I read some of the reviews. Apparently they are a local to some chain.
I bought from a facebook ad & their website.

I totally disrespect FB so that means their advertisers. However, I saw their 2 tier dish rack & loved it. I ordered it.

It arrived very promptly with good communication by email.

It is as good as advertised. One piece arrived with 2 minor bends & a weld broken. It had to have been damaged in shipping.

I complained & expected a replacement PART..not a complete new unit.

The replacement arrived in approximately the same good time. I think it was a few days later but not late. The replacement box was damaged but the unit is good.

I corresponded with management recommending that since these probably ship to them multiple units to a master box, the individual box may not be strong enough for shipment. Especially 3000 miles.

That doesn't take away from the excellent product QUALITY or the excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Wayfair & Michelle made me go to their site to see if I wanted to buy something else. So far no but I will return.

I wish I could give them a zero! I have never seen such poor customer service. They had the incorrect description of an item, so when when it shipped it didn't fit. They said they would send me the return label. I mailed them back and 6 weeks later I still don't have a refund. The first time on the phone I was on hold for 3.5 hours, then another call was 2.5 hours where the rep assured me I would get my money in the next 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. I am now on hold for 1:17 min and 52 sec so far on MY WORK DAY TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE! I will never order from them again. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. I have also emailed twice (because the rep assured me I would get a response in 2 business days) I still have not heard anything.....so now to update and edit my review. I just got hung up on by CHAR that was my "customer" service rep. She said she sees it was returned, and it was escalated to accounting. I said that is exactly what you said 2 weeks ago when I called. I asked her to transfer me to finance and she said she couldn't do that. So, I asked for a different phone number to call and not be on hold for another 2 hours ON MY TIME FOR THEIR MISTAKE. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I guess I am going to have to call my attorney and sue for fraudulent charges. I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life!

If you live in apartment complex don t order from them unless it s going to fit in a 12 x 12 box or you have a freight elevator. They should tell us these things before or use the correct couriers who have the manpower to lift boxes over 50 pounds!

MY EXPERIENCE PURCHASING A GAZEBO FROM WAYFAIR WAS A 2.5 MONTH NIGHTMARE, NOT WORTHY OF ONE STAR. FIRST SELLING THIS ITEM WHILE IT WAS OUT OF STOCK, AND NOT NOTIFYING THAT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. THEN I RE-ORDERED ANOTHER GAZEBO. I WAS THEN SENT A EMAIL STATING MY PRODUCT HAD BEEN SHIPPED. AFTER RECEIVING NO FURTHER NOTICE I CALLED, IT WAS IN THEIR DEPO ABOUT 10 MILES FROM ME. I CALLED THEIR DEPO IN BURLINGTON NJ, I WAS TOLD THEY LOST ONE OF THE THREE BOXES. AFTER WAITING TWO WEEKS AND THEM NOT LOCATING IT I WAS FINALLY ALLOWED TO RE-ORDER MY ITEM. This company is a HUGE disaster and a fraud. They use bait and switch tactics to get your money and hire terrible companies to do assembly and garbage removal.

I just spent a lot of money here on furniture for our new home, and they sent 1 guy to assemble and move our furniture into place. They expect 1 guy to move a king bed, dining room table, dressers, etc. into our home without damaging it?

Well, everything was damaged, including our freshly painted walls and door frames. The bed frame was destroyed, and no one has responded to our emails or calls.

If we are not contacted by Wayfair, we will be taking them to court for fraud and the damage done to our new home.

Horrendous shopping experience. First, if you are willing to wait 1.5 hours on the phone (possibly 2 hours), then continue shopping. If you need help with an order already placed, good luck. My wife and I purchased over $1,600 worth of furniture in March, so far, they have only PARTIALLY fulfilled the order. An area rug that was part of this order (in stock at the warehouse btw) stills says "waiting for shipment". What??!! Over a month and half and still waiting to be shipped?? Our Wayfair credit card we signed up for already wants the money for the products we don't possess! When you finally do speak to a 'person', the answer is always 'due to the Covid situation, it's beyond our control', Really?? Amazon and others don't seem to have the same struggle. Niraj Shah - if you are reading this, get your act together and fix this problem. If you can't, your consumers will fix it for you- It's called Chapter-11.

Awesome place to work so far. All open concept, no offices. Everyone is given the technology they need and a motorized sit-stand desk. There are many kitchens stocked with snacks, fresh fruit, and beer on tap. In my experience (in my department), they value your work life balance as well as your happiness at work. I have enjoyed working for Wayfair at their Copley offices so far.

Terrible been trying for months to receive a refun...

Terrible been trying for months to receive a refund on a item I placed on May 17,2020 and had to return myself to FedEx because I was told by customer service employee name Shaw that FedEx will pick up my return item in order to start the process which they did not. So I had to drop it off myself to FedEx myself. Now it July 2 I have no merchandise or refund. And the reason why I'm returning because I was sent out the wrong tree. I paid over $200 and I got something that I did not order and I just want my money back. I been trying to reach customer service for months and they will not answer the phone. I got lucky the first time and had to sit on hold for an hour. But try to do a follow up on my return. Not able to get through. Wayfair have the merchandise back and now I'm out of my mechandise and my money. This will be my last time order from them but I know now if I have a problem I will not get any help. Wayfair you should be ashamed of yourself to take your customer hard earned money. If I would have known that I will be having a hard time getting my money back I would not had returned the merchandise or order from them..Out of both.

We ll to make a long story short, This is my first time ordering from wayfair. I ordered a headboard set as a gift, almost $600. Ordered it on August 2nd and it said it would be here between August 19th-24. I needed it for the birthday present on the 25th. In the meantime the money comes and goes out of my account every few days. I checked the status for a few days and it says on hold and could take until September to arrive. I called customer service where I got a guy who couldn t tell me anything. Didn t know why it was on hold while it was in stock at the warehouse. He initially tried to just have me get a refund. I explained she was set on this and that I want to keep my order. He processed to tell me that if it was really important, he would have checked on it before 3 days before he needed it. I was mortified, being in customer service myself to EVER speak to a customer like that. That s when I asked for a supervisor. Waited on hold for approximately 30 minutes. Tiffany apologized, offered to cancel for a different bed. I explained again this is the exact bed she wants. Tiffany offered $50 off (around 10%) she said it would be at least 2 more weeks before it would arrive. She promised to update me before she left for the day. This was Friday, I haven t heard anything back.
WAYFAIR, I just want this bed for my daughter that I paid for. I will never order from you again, I m truly disgusted by your customer service!

I ordered a table and chair set from Wayfair and paid $175.97. I DID NOT like the quality when they arrived. My wife did research on the items and found them at walmart for $65.17 total. They do not describe them as an Adams product on the website so you can't do the research in advance of ordering. It is now going to cost me $30 to return the items but it will be $30 well spent as Wayfair will never gouge me again.
Update: Changed from 1 to 3 stars. Wayfair accepted the return and waived the shipping fees. They tried to accommodate me as best they could.

I make regular purchases from WAYFAIR. My one caveat would be do not purchase comforters from this store. I've bought a few & they all tear @ the seam(s). I sent emails addressing this issue & never received a response be phone or email. I attempted more than once to contact them but to no avail. On the other hand I purchased a lamp 1 yr ago that just burned out & they replaced it. They said they don't usually do that after that amount of time but they did it because they said that I was such a loyal customer. That can be a perk if you shop @ a particular store regularly. I love the wide range of products they have available. If it's not they will for the most part backorder it.

Yes, Just ok... I haven't had very good luck with Wayfair products... I ordered a navy colored pillow sham.. A mostly white, dark blue stained sham arrived. It looked like someone had bought a white sham and then tried to pull a real fast dye job... Bad..very bad. Plus, I interviewed for them as well... I don't recommend working for them... They will really reduce your salary.

Night a ceiling fan/light combo. Discovered it did not come with a motor. Called Wayfair 4 times. Agreed to re-ship the entire product. Had the product only needed motor which was omitted from shipment. Discovered they don t sell the product with the fan motor. Put me in touch with manufacturer to get, but manufacturer doesn t sell directly to consumers. Told me to look at Wayfair s website; Wayfair doesn t sell the motor. Put in touch with a retailer, ordered motor thru them. The Wayfair product was supposed to be complete. How do you sell a ceiling fan/light without a motor? The customer service people were stumped too. Product was complete from their perspective. And they don t sell the most important part (that s represented in complete product. Unbelievable after spending great part of my day on hold with them over 4 separate phone calls (each wraith 1/2 hour plus). I won t order from them again. Unconscionable to sell a complete product without such an integral and essential part - and then to subject me to a chase to try to find it. Oh yeah, the motor cost an extra $85!
Don t use this company - internet middleman with no responsibility for what they sell and misrepresent what they re selling.

Worst experience and EXTREMELY POOR customer service!!! As a 100% Service Disabled Veteran. I'm very careful in how and what I choose to spend my money on. I went from being excited to extremely frustrated. For this organization to give me the run around on an order that arrived damage is beyond unacceptable. I was told that I was not able to speak with the department that has my account. I was told that I was not able to speak with a manager of that department. The representative stated that they had NO means of communication with that particular department; which included No Phone, No Internal messaging or No direct email. I was told that I needed to email the department if I wanted a response within a 24 hour period. Why should I be even more inconvenienced, with having to draft an email, to track down someone to contact me about my damaged order? Issue resolution should be at the expense of Wayfair, not the Customer. Again, the box arrived at my property fully in tact. There were no visible blemishes. I did not open the box or even remove the packing slip. The handyman service which partners with Wayfair, opened the box and saw that the contents were damaged. As a customer, my expectations were not met. The idea of telling a customer that they can't speak to a representative in the appropriate department, and that Wayfair themselves can't contact anyone in that department or have a my issue resolved in a timely manner is unacceptable. Wayfair illustrated that they have no path for issue resolution. That should be unacceptable for all Consumers. If I could give you ZERO stars I would have. Wayfair.... You need to do better!!! Start with getting my issue resolved.

The experience is extremely bad. the order was not received in one month. After several calls to the company, none of the representatives could tell when the item will be delivered. At some point they could not even find where it is. Extremely poor customer service! Not even trying to solve the problem. The only answer I hear is " I don't know", "I can't", "I don't see" ...... Most upsetting part was getting no help from the representatives
Eventually I gave up. Cancelled the order. I think one month is enough for the item to arrive from Canada to Virginia.
I hope this will help some people to stay away from making a mistake and ordering from them

My wife and I were expecting company over Labor Day weekend. We ended up purchasing two dining chairs to replace two of ours that we could no longer use. However, on the Wednesday before the weekend our friends were to show up, I got a text from FedEx saying my package from Wayfair was delivered. Yet when I got home nothing was there.

I called Wayfair right away, and they had the absolute best customer service. They ordered a replacement right away and rushed it to us so that we would get it before our friends arrived. They also called FedEx for us. (FedEx called us and asked me some questions to open the investigation; but they never did get back with me).

Meanwhile, the customer service at Wayfair was above and beyond my expectations for any furniture store. Definitely will order from them again, and I highly recommend them.

I purchased a $499.36 propane fire pit 3 years ago. The knob on the pit is frozen shut, it won't turn so the flame will ignite. I Contacted Wayfair and seeing my fire pit is now out of warranty . They will not send me the 2 replacement knobs needed to fix the issue I have. I requested to purchase the items ( maybe $25-$50) I was told they do not sell parts.They keep telling me it is no longer under warranty and there is nothing they can do. I now have a $500 fire pit I can not use.

Update Review as of August 2020:

My husband googled the parts he needed to fix our fire pit. After a couple hours he found the exact parts he needed. Within a week he got the part and fixed the pit himself. The parts were a total of $16.00. Wayfair lost a customer for a $16.00 part. Buyer beware. Make sure you read the warranty details.

If I can give minus 5 for this place, I would. The customer service is extremely pathetic. They don t know their products, don t know who to transfer calls to and the customer ends up being on hold on average an hour and has to repeat the same concerns to 3-4 different people. We ordered a bed, mattress, dresser, study table, chair for our son going to the university. This company generates fake shipping labels to show that a product is shipped but there is a 99% chance that you are not going to get it that day. We pulled up the tracking number and it did not exist. I am making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau since I have the emails, photos, order numbers and everything related to my orders. For a more detailed version, please check Yelp.
Again, do not be attracted by their listed low prices. This company causes so much anguish and stress that it s just not worth it!

Wayfair has stolen my money from a canceled order and refuses to return MY $251.20. I canceled an order within minutes of placing it because I saw that when I checked out with Paypal, I was overcharged (the amount Paypal charged me was higher than my Wayfair shopping cart invoice that was passed through to Paypal). Wayfair NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY FOR THE CANCELED ORDER. After I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Wayfair sent me emails trying to create a false paper trail of my not responding to them (which I have, repeatedly); they blame Paypal, Paypal blames Wayfair. This is FRAUD. Do not purchase from Wayfair.

Was sent the wrong order. When I called to get it corrected, initially I was told "no problem" and a replacement was ordered. Hours later I received and email asking for verification that I had not received the right order. My three return emails went unanswered. I called Wayfair and was told that I have to take pictures of the wrong order and email them to the executive customer service division to prove that what I claimed was accurate and to prove to their supplier that a mistake was made. I was offended like I was lying and had to prove it, so I asked to speak to the manager of the executive customer service division and the rep on the phone told me that I could not and that she or one of her coworkers was in essence the final word for the corporation. I asked for the name of their CEO/ President and she told me to look it up on the internet. For those of you interested, their CEO is Niraj Shah, their current Chairman is Steve Conine, their General Council is Enrique Colbert and their CFO is Michael Fleisher. Wayfair's corporate headquarters is located at 4 Copley Place, Boston, MA. The above information was located on the internet, where the customer service rep told me to look myself. BE VARY WARY on ordering from Wayfair. Very deceiving on order and delivery times. We ordered a 900 outdoor patio table to be delivered and when it didn't show up we waited online for an hour and half to be told by associate that the order is out of stock, and we should have kept monitoring the order status. We never received an email, or notification that something was wrong, and then to be told that it was our fault is too much. I cancelled online, and now will have to wait 3-5 business days before we see the refund on our credit card, just very inconvenient

I ordered an area rug last week that was supposed to be on sale until June 21, 2020. I received the rug 5 days ago and laid it down today. I checked the website for more information on the rug. Price reduced $95.00. I called customer service. Waited online 50 minutes. Clerk Justin said no credit will be given. Spike with Matt Supervisor. No compensation or credit at all will be given. I will no longer buy from Wayfair or your other brand names. I am disgusted. Only thing I was offered was a 10 percent coupon for another order. No Customer Service.

I ordered a King size box spring, fully assembled 1 piece. They send me 2 twin box springs. Rather than sending me what I ordered, they refunded me 40 dollars to keep the product I didn't order. Terrible customer service and deceptive sales on website. Will not be ordering through them again.

Very bad experience. Never bought anything from this website. First time, I really liked something with better rates than other websites, ordered my first order and They cancelled the item saying that it was unexpectedly discontinued. What kind of Online business they are doing. Amazon is far more better any day. Do not waste your time shopping here.

Then i called customer service and they put me on hold for over an HOUR on June 1 2020. I will never use wayfair again!!

Today I called in to place a 2500.00 order to get some attitude on the phone which led me to think of going elsewhere. I have been a loyal customer since Wayfair began a business, and Im a stock holder. I'm giving Wayfair 1 star because my package arrived on time. They sent the wrong item. Waited on hold yesterday for 3:09- 3 hours and 9 minutes. Was hung up on 3 times. Again today on hold just about 2 hours on one phone, 40 mini on another. Finally called Plow and Hearth, the company who fulfilled the order. They picked up in 10 minutes. Talked to a lovely woman who tried her best to find some contact number or email to get to Wayfair. Got me an email. I sent one. Undeliverable. Facebook Messanger. No answer since yesterday. I'm gonna try again tomorrow. If this doesn't work, next step is Better Business Bureau and out local NBC station which has a consumer complaint division. At this point I want to return the wrong item and get my money back. Why is this so hard?

Oct 15 - Ordered double vanity and paid $2,400.
Nov 4 - Finally delivered.
Nov 11 - Installer noticed cracked marble top. Notified Wayfair and ordered replacement.
Nov 13 - Got an email saying replacement will be delivered Nov 16. Made appointment with installer.
Nov 16 - Installer on standby. I stayed home from work to accept delivery. Delivery did not happen. I notified Wayfair via email.
Nov 20 - Finally got a call from Diane of Wayfair that replacement will arrive at "delivery agent" Nov 22 and I will be contacted to set up an appointment for delivery.
Nov 22 - No call.
Nov 23 - Still no call. I notified Wayfair via email again.
Nov 24 - Got a reply from Wayfair saying replacement arrived at local delivery agent. But it's now the end of the day and still don't have an appointment for delivery.
Why is it so hard to get a replacement? Why can't I be given a tracking # like every other legit online seller?
Beware of ordering from Wayfair!

Horrible company taking advantage of customers during Covid-19! Ordered office chair and next day called to see if they had any delays due to Convid-19. Told them if they do I need to cancel bc the office chair is a priority. They lied and said its being packed right now and going out tomorrow. Now four days later and lied to by a manager and two more reps and still not shipped. They lied and said no shipping delays knowing them have MASSIVE delays. Just to make the sale... SAD!!

Ordered 2 chairs, they arrived damaged. They sent replacement parts, they were also damaged (in same way as original). I called again ( and each call is easily 25 minutes) and was assured new parts would be sent, and checked by warehouse staff to be sure same damage was not present. Tracking # issued, parts never shipped. I called an additional 4 times, having the same conversation (and each time told managers were too busy to speak with me), with the same result. I finally sent an email threatening to stop payment via my credit card and immediately received a call and email from a manager. She agreed to send 2 completely new chairs ( and I again requested they be checked before shipment). Chairs arrived, damaged again in the same way ( none of this damage is due to shipping - they are packed in the boxes with damage)! I have been on hold for 10 minutes trying to get someone on the phone, as the manage I was working with is now on vacation! WORST experience EVER, and a shame as I have ordered from Wayfair and it's other companies in the past and been very happy. They have lost a customer forever.

Wayfair is FANTASTIC. i don't usually write reviews, but Wayfair is a great company to do business with. I have been buying from them for many years. Their products are superior, their prices are very competitive, and they have wonderful customer service. The free shipping is "a game changer", and also, if you just change your mind, you can return the item for free. I have found things on Wayfair that were nowhere else on the internet or if they were, Wayfair had a cheaper price. For 2018 Christmas, I bought a fantastic white artificial Christmas tree that I didn't see anywhere else on line. It was even better than the photo. I highly recommend them!

After several delays ordering a bathroom vanity I filed a complaint and Wayfair seemed to get the problem solved and expedite the delivery of my product ordered a few weeks later the product still wasn t shipped and I received no follow up calls or emails as to the status of this order as they promised they would tonight I just received another Order delayed email Stating my vanity would not arrive for several weeks obviously this company cannot handle logistics and I will never order from them again

on March 7. Was promised delivery on March 15 then changed to March 22. That time has come and gone. Talked to customer service supervisor nothing but excuses. Supposed to be coming April 3. If you order a fairly large item it is shipped by truck. Ugh. I requested 2 day delivery to solve problem. Denied. If I ever get my $500 rug never will consider ordering from them. Ordered two rugs of same size from Amazon received in three days double wrapped and on my porch. I it arrives on April 3 it will be 4 days short of a month and they don t care !! Ugh

Wayfair's return policy is a joke. Make sure to REALLY think hard before you order something. They charged me $50 for an item I tried to switch, and although I didn't want it, I was charged. I asked for a Supervisor and they said that they were busy and I had to wait 5-7 days for a Supervisor to get back to me? What a joke. I will NEVER EVER do business with this incompetent "business" again.

I was asked what I wanted for Mother's Day/Birthday in May 2020 (3mo ago). there was a $150 Bird/Canvas picture that I wanted from Wayfair, so he electronically purchased with my gifted e-Card. As soon as the canvas pic arrived, i didn't like it; the canvas was wrapped so loosely there were obvious ripples in the canvas. I returned the picture within that week (fedex) and have yet to receive full credit on my e-gift card. This is now 23August 2020. I have sent numerous emails to customer complaint/inquiry and I get the same responses from them. 3 emails ago, I was told that Wayfair had credited a large part of the $150 back on the purchaser's credit card, and a smaller amount was put back on my (Birthday) Wayfair e-Gift Card. I've explained to them that their website states their refund policy; Any Refund will be Credited in the same form the purchase was made with (eGift Card); I've explained that I should not have to/nor will I contact the gift giver to inconvenience them with this, this is an error that Wayfair made. I cannot believe Wayfair, is willing to loose customers over $150.00; especially since this eGift Card would be used for another Wayfair purchase. I know it's just $150 minus the small amount they credited back on the eCard; but it's the point of being ripped off and then given the runaround for 3 months. You have lost more than 1 customer over this.

I am frustrated by many aspects of my experience with Wayfair. First, and probably most importantly, why don't they have a way to chat or email when there is a problem with an order? I have spent almost 2 hours waiting on the phone on two different occasions. The last call was not answered for 45 minutes, and then I was put on hold by the associate. He either hung up on me or my phone cut off our call, but it was interrupted. I never received any follow-up. He didn't call me back. He didn't email me. I never knew if the thing I was calling about had been fixed. So here I am, waiting again, to see if I can fix a problem. And can I tell you why I have a problem? I ordered a refrigerator and was told that it would be delivered May 28. The day before it was supposed to be delivered, I received a phone call saying that it would not be delivered the next day and in fact would not arrive for another month. So I said, I need to cancel that order. This fridge is for a rental and I have a tenant moving in on the first. So the representative said she canceled the order. Then I noticed a few days later that my credit card charge was still there. And I checked my Wayfair account and it said I still have an active order for the fridge. So, you can see that Wayfair has done multiple things wrong in this situation. But by far the worst thing is that I can't simply contact the company to get help.
