We ordered a sectional sofa, but it missed four legs and the associated hardware. We ordered the missing parts by call clarifying all the item numbers of the missing parts and also sent them the email indicating which parts on the instruction book were missing. After a week, we received the replacing parts, but they were wrong parts. So we have to order the missing parts again. Still, we called and described exactly what were missing and waited for another week. The second time, however, they still sent us the wrong replacement parts. Now we have to order for a third time and wait for one more week. This time we asked them to expedite the shipping of the replacements, but they refused. Really, I rarely see such careless service.
