Purchased futon received on time piece broken call...

Purchased futon received on time piece broken called they are replacing. Futon unknown location. Told by supervisor they would overnight free of charge a different mattress until they can resolve original mattress. Put on hold so now no futon. I am willing to change my rating if ends with a completed order.
