I have been a Business customer of Wayfair for man...

I have been a Business customer of Wayfair for many years, ordering hundreds of times and spending many thousands, and usually had good experiences. There were several items that arrived broken, but I contacted Customer Service and they always replaced the items pretty quick.........
BUT THEN my credit account was CLOSED (like sooooo many others) when Wayfair parted ways with Comenity Bank, without any notification to me or consideration of my open orders, and mysteriously there was nooooooo body in Customer Service that could help anymore. I had an open order for a cast iron sink at the time and called seven times because it never SHIPPED OUT to me (was put on HOLD four of the times for over an hour each time) even though they VERY QUICKLY pulled the money out of my account for payment of the order..... my call was escalated to a Supervisor (Tiffany Susoev) that was helpful to a point until she too MYSTERIOUSLY STOPPED HELPING, leaving me and my customer in the dark and nooooo sink stillllll!!??? Ultimately I cancelled the order because I couldn t WAIT FOR AN ANSWER any longer.....
There were numerous times that Wayfair s prices were (considerably) higher than other companies for the same item, but I stuck it out with Wayfair because I felt a mis-placed loyalty to them since I had been a customer for years.....I COMPLETELY REGRET THAT STUPIDITY because obviously LOYALTY was only one-way !!
I am DONE with Wayfair! I will NEVER, EVER order from them again.....my hard-earned money can be (and will be) spent at their competitors companies....
I am SOOOOO OVER the Wayfair jingle !
