Ordered a rug they sent me the wrong size. Rug size was suppose to be 9 2 x12 wayfair sent me 2 x3 my receipt shows clearly the description and size I paid for 9 2 x12 , spoke to many different ppl to get the correct size, I was told that they will not send me the correct size rug for the price Iv already paid because now the rug price is higher$$$ so the only option I have is to return the wrong size rug and they ll refund me.
Very bad customer service.
