Wayfair the worst customer service experience I ve ever had. I place a first time order back on august 18 for two items. My delivery date was scheduled for August the 18th for both items. I received the chandelier lamp on August 24th. The ottoman was not received on that day. I gave it about a week before I even called to question it since I understand that at times is out of your hands for delay to happened. When I first contact Wayfair to informed I was advise that they believe the ottoman was lost in transit Howe we they couldn t send me a replacement until confirmed that it was lost. Of course I had to reach bAck to them as I was never contacted by the company. On August 31st I called and spoke to a rep by the name of Stacey I received horrible service my only option was pretty much to cancel my item and get my money back or wait until sep 24th for possible delivery date. When asked to speak a manager I was transferred over to Mitchell honestly don t know which service was worst the lovely manager told me I know what you want but if you want your item sooner we have to charge you. Do long story short the lost my package and for me to get my package dinner than a whole month after my purchase I have to pay some more money. I will never purchase anything from this place again. Do not recommended their customer is horrible. Never once did I hear an apology for lossing nore a thank you for being a customer..... horrible experience
