This is the WORST company on the face of the plane...
This is the WORST company on the face of the planet! I had a Sears technician come to my house to repair my dishwasher, which is under warranty through my home warranty plan. The 1st technician ordered 3 (three) parts and said they would send someone back out to make the repairs when the parts arrived. Well, finally the parts arrived, which took about 3 - 1/2 weeks. A different technician arrived and refused to make the repairs, stating the repairs were not covered under the warranty, and it would cost me $132 to get it repaired, when I was told by the first technician that it would be covered. The second technician tried to make it look like it was my fault that the repair was needed and refused to fix the problem, unless he was compensated $132. I told him I was NOT going to pay that because I was told that the repair was necessary by my Warranty Company, American Home Shield, and by the first Sears technician, and that it was approved. He gathered up the parts and left. The technician was VERY RUDE, and I have witnesses, and he did not have sufficient supplies to clean up his own mess on my floor that he had created! He asked if I had some paper towels he could use, and I told him I did,...for $132. He saw the paper towels on the counter and commenced to use some anyways. This guy was a real ARROGANT JERK, who didn't want to complete any work. He should be FIRED! He needs sensitivity training. This incident took place on July 25, 2012, at 1:30 - 2:30 PM, at my residence in Navasota, Texas. It's too bad Sears hasn't gone out of business, because they should. They were the best for so long, and NOW, they STINK!!
