I purchased a KENMORE refrigerator and after two months it went out. They sent a repairman to assess the damage six times. It was fixed twice. I asked for a replacement fridge and was refused & was told after three repairs I can get a replacement. That s ridiculous! Don t purchase anything from Sears hometown!
