I have had Sears appliances and warranties for over 30 years. I am about ready to get rid of everything. Sears service is horrible. You are put on hold after waiting over an hour to get someone to talk to
Then you are asked stupid questions and told to try and fix the problem your self. When that is done you are put on hold again. It takes over a week to get a tech out .
