Sears and kmart is not like it use to be. The customer service sucks. They cancel orders without telling you or it takes for ever to get it and if you call about it we are working to resolve the issue. Well the order should have been done days ago. Well we will have to send a request to get someone to find out and then still nothing Or they hang up on you. The customer service team 95% of them have attitudes and I get its not their fault but neither is it our fault. Someone needs to retrain all of their employees again
