I will never buy anything from sears again terrible customer service, you can't get Noone to call you back I bought a nortictrack in December and still no one has showed up to repair it and the johnson city tennessee mall store refuses to call me back don't purchase nothing from sears or prepare to be disappointed and get poor customer service
