I paid 800 dollars for a dryer that quit working in under 18 months. Of course the warranty was only good for 12 months.The woman employed at the Sears in Tomah, Wi was so incompetent, I found it hard to believe she works at the store by herself. There fix for this issue was to give me a number to the service department. What a joke! Never again will I give any Sears store my business! How are they not out of business? LMAO!
