i have paid for Sears service on all my home appliances for 30 years. There service now is just awful, they don't speak english or understand english. They just put you on hold and never pick up again. Their tech's are now inexperianced people- i told them 2 months ago my hot water tank was going and he argued with me. less than 60 days later from the service call- it blows up and floods my basement. I am without hot water all day- spent 5 hours on the phone, given 5 different phone numbers- no help at all!!
I will be cancelling all my service contracts and never to buy a kenmore product again...
