Sears offers one years on appliances standard -- ...

Sears offers one years on appliances standard -- our unit came with 2 more years by manufacturer Sear now says no it did not ....Store admitted it did as it was advertised on Sears Web Site .....and in store ....also sold to me as 1 plus 2 .... Sears denies ... claiming it was bought at store and not on the internet .... further information reveals by staff ...there is no communication with in the Sear systems on incentives ...Sears was old School ..... No longer ..... Sad ..... The only person who tried to assist me was store manager he now left to work for a box store ....Hmm !! Does any one at Sears Customers Service even read these
