If i could I wouldn t give this company even one star! Ive ordered an iPad from sears online 4 times. Each time they took my money (almost $500 each time), cancelled my orders. They kept cancelling my orders stating my address was flagged as fraudulent which is not the case. The address i provided is the same as what my bank has. I also chatted with a sales associate 2 times and they put the orders through saying it will work this time.... which obviously it did not. I finally got so fed up i ordered an iPad through walmart and it was at my address within 3 days! I though everything was fine and I didn t have to deal with sears anymore cuz i will never give them my business again. But i called my bank and i was missing a large amount of money, come to find out sears took the money all 4 times and has not returned a penny of it. My bank wanted me to dispute it but, i thought sears is a large company there must be a mistake so i chatted with someone online and they told me we have not taken any money for any of these cancelled orders (but the first 2 people i talked to said they did take the money but it will be returned within 3-5 business days here we are almost a month later and no money has been returned) which is bs cuz my bank and bank statement prove otherwise! Now I ve had to get my lawyer and bank involved to collect all my money back. The customer service of this company is horrendous, I haven t been able to reach sears by phone and they said its cuz their systems down and they kept cancelling my order over and over and over! To top everything off they are thieves if you plan to order anything from sears online I strongly suggest you think twice, you will get screwed. As for buying from sears stores, well you have less of a chance to get stollen from. Ive now filed a complaint with the bbb and have to pay a lawyer and my bank is involved in all this. My experience using sears and dealing with the customer service has been a joke from start to finish.

Horrible customer service. Store associates are not doing what they tell you to do. They only care about making their sale. They changed my credit card a wrong amount and told me the discount will show on my bill. Of course it didn't show on my bill. Phone service is worse, installation service is horrible. I have spent now over 5 hours and 30 days in total to fix what tgey screwed me with and still no results

A disgrace in so many ways. Every time you call customer service, delivery, etc. you are oh hold about an hour. They don't keep delivery times, install incorrect item, state they delivered correct item, etc. They are absolutely corrupt and its no wonder they're going bankrupt. I will never buy anything from them again.

I have a protection agreement on a washer that can't be repaired. It has been since July of 2018, now in September. I had ask for this to be escalated and response was 2 to 5 working days. Don't do business with them they do not take care of their customers. Did not used to be this way. :(

I m giving zero , I cancelled my online order after the times were not available for pickup a a sears near me on May 17, 2018 and after many class and chats I still have not received a refund $160.82 and it s now June 19th... I hate the Sears experience and will never spend another penny at Sears , Hoffman holdings or any of its affiliates again. I understand why they are going out of business and and I hope they do very soon!

I truly wish there was a zero stars option. I ordered a tool set in early December as a Christmas gift. I listed the shipping address as my home address (and that is clearly listed on my receipt.) They shipped the package to an OLD billing address and when I realized the package had not shown up in a timely manner I called customer service and was advised they sent it to the old billing address. I spoke to several (barely English speaking) reps over the course of a week, begging them to re send the package to me or refund my funds so I could reorder in time for Christmas. The reps were extremely rude with one denying me to talk to a supervisor and two hanging up on me. I also chatted with reps online who were also no help. We are 6 days away from Christmas, a package that was ordered three weeks ago still missing and no refund has been issued and here I sit again on hold for over a half hour and have already been hung up on once today for asking for a supervisor and am on online chat with someone claiming to be a supervisor but says they can do nothing. I guess it s perfectly
Acceptable at Sears to lie, steal, provide horrible customer service and be rude. Wow, you have really lowered your standards sears, such a huge disappointment.

Terrible policy for your employees you hire the younfortunately kiss give them weekends and nights and they don't complain always show up on time and do anything that is asked of them. They finally get in a rurine and get a a few paychecks and then become they can't get enough customers to sign up for a credit card you let the poor kids go with no warning and very unprofesssional how do you expect these young adults to get any experience and to work in the real world. Will never shop Sears again and neither will my family and friends.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

We purchased mattresses at a physical store location, and they arrived on the day they said they would (even if they were two hours later than the original time frame, that's not actually what this complaint is about).

I have a service aid animal for seizures and diabetes. This was made very clear to the two delivery men who came to the house with the mattresses, and all they would have had to do was give us 60 seconds to corral my aid animal (I'm stressing this because of the training involved with these animals). Instead, they rushed inside and, of course, my pet got out. The delivery men dropped the mattresses off, looked at my mother like she had lost every brain God ever gave her when she asked about the pet, and bolted as soon as they could.

It took us a couple of hours to find him, but we did find him across the street in the neighbor's yard (thank Heaven). I thought it would be a simple matter of calling customer service to file a complaint that my pet was let out and it was a bit of ordeal to find him, but after being transferred over a dozen times and hung up on at least four times with customer service, I have decided that we will not be dealing with Sears ever again. Their people need to be trained on simple courtesy, and their customer service needs to get their acts together. Every time I was transferred or hung up on the response was something like "This is absolutely unacceptable and we will be notating this complaint, let me transfer you to the correct department..." The correct department appears to be nonexistent since that would be when I was either hung up on or transferred to the wrong department. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Was suppose to have someone come out Friday the 12th, well they did but never bothered to call me before they arrived as my security camera caught them. Come to find out they had some random persons number on the account to call and then when i called them to find out what they are going to do about it, they said you will have a tech back out in 30 minutes. Never showed up so i went back to work which is why they were suppose to call me before they arrived. Well I get a text at 523pm saying they are on their way, but really they weren't as i hopped on chat to find that out. So here i am getting a $30 gc and a week later is when im going to get someone out....you would think that they would get someone out the next business day to please their customers but they don't. You have lost a customer....

I purchased a dryer from Sears. The guy delivered it and I realized it was the wrong one the moment he left. I immediately called them to come back and get it and bring me the right one. This was March 2018. It is now June 2018 and I am still waiting for them to come back. I have called every department and I have spoken to multiple people on their live chat. I have even called the corporate office which transfers to a call center in the Philippines. I have not recieved any help yet. Everyone keeps telling me the delivery team will contact me to set up a day for the exhange. The dryer is still here and we have never used it. If I can give them zero stars I would.

I bought a warranty in the event my washer ever needed repairs. I have had my GE washer less than a year and it require a new motor transmission and Sears wants to repair it. 3 weeks have gone by and still no repair. Sear Home Customer care line has told me I have lied, they have hung up on me, and have rescheduled my appointment without telling me. Most of the agents on the phone have been nothing but rude all the way up to the supervisors. I have taken of work 3 days and still have no washers. I do not recommend buying anything from Sears they could careless about customer service.

No one at Sears has answers and getting a $500.00 refund for a product that still has not shipped in 3 weeks is practically impossible! Shop at Walmart, because they are all about customer service.

I called customer service again waited 1 week for another tech. tech came and order part that would arrive in 20 days!!!!! part arrived 20 days later called to make another appointment for tech to install part and I have to wait another week!!! over a month without a fridge that cost over $2700 dollars and less than a year old! never again will I buy from SEARS!

Giving us the run around every phone call. a guy comes Checks it calls for more parts now these parts have been sitting in my dining room for 7 months!!! And the guy comes and says we need a new door cause our ice machine broke finally orders a new door we get the door and it s a totally different color!!!! Mine you my mother saw him drinking out of a flask in his truck. This business needs to go out business NOW. So frustrating dealing with idiots.

I have had my refrigerator for 7 months and it broke down, I called to have it repaired, the technician came out said I needed 2 parts and it will take 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed, I contacted them back to see what the status is, they stated someone will reach out in 72 hours. No one called, I gave it more time, crickets.... I called on the 23rd, spoke to 3 different departments no one could help. Called on the 26th, spent 2 hours on the phone still no help. They told me I have to wait until June 1st before I can be considered for a "replacement". Really, I have been waiting for a month already. I put a review on Sears Corporate site and asked for a call or email. Why today I looked and my post is DELETED. I am writing this post and I will also blast on every social media site I know of as well as News Media sites. Why is it acceptable to go 6 weeks without a fridge that cost a lot of money, that is less than a year old and no one can fix or replace.

Worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. I ordered a bedroom set and on first delivery they only delivered my mattress and foundation. I had five scheduled appointments and 4 out of 5 times I waited and nobody never showed or called. I even came back early from my trip to Key West to be home for my delivery and was welcomed with a no show. I had to call the store each time to hear some BS excuse. I eventually asked for a refund for my headboard, footrest, night stand, chest, and dresser. If my money isn t good enough for excellent customer service I will take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER!! Absolutely egregious customer service. I only received half of my order and trying to receive the rest became a huge headache. First, they tried to insist itbwas delivered but after further investigation it was found I did not. I thought my order was placed and called back to confirm..it was not. I spent over an hour on the phone with a different delivery date then I had a few hours prior. I was told the item was in demand and I would in fact have to wait 3 weeks from my original order date to receive. The manager Bender was fairly rude and told me nothing could be done. There are much better and more organized retailers..advise not purchasing from Sears unless you have time to burn.

Sears is holding my Lawnmower hostage! I previously purchased several items from Sears over this year and had to have repairs done on some of those items. I recently purchased my lawnmower almost 3 months ago and had to have it serviced. When they call me to inform me of the problem, I declined their services to repair it because on a fair new mower, they wanted to charge me $99. They said they would send it back to the store so I can pick it up. I went to pick it up and I was greeted by a Ms. Jason, who stated she was the manager and she informed me that I would have to pay $50 in order to get my lawn mower back. Out of all the blubber I have heard, this takes the cake! I was very surprised to see that they were refusing to give back my lawn mower unless I pay them for taking it to see what was wrong. It was not repaired and they still want me to pay to get it back. I am in the process of contacting the head manager of Sears to see if he or she can help me get my lawn mower back. I paid $279 for the thing and am not going to pay $50 to get it back. If Sears keeps my mower, they are stealing from their customers. I had no Idea that I would have to pay $50 to get my mower back. This is outrageous!!!!!! Sears should really be ashamed of itself for holding my mower hostage! They are acting like "Long Sharks"!

Springfield, MO, Wow I wonder if the people (upper management) at Sears Corporate actually read any of the Google Reviews!!! If not maybe they should start. I have shopped at Sears for the better part of 30-years in a few states. I know now why their stock is in the tank!!!! During a recent purchase that was going to be delivered today they notified us this morning that the item we purchased was damaged prior to transit. Okay those things happen. When we asked what the solution was going to be and when they stated we had to call and talk to the store. Humm!!!! we are the customer they damaged our purchase when trying delivery and they have no solution!!! I did have an opportunity to go to Buenos Aires ( Sears call Center, it's winter there right now) I also spoke with the Philippines and the Balkins. Stock answer is "we are sorry" we can take a report. Five years ago, the stock price for Sears was around 75.00 per share - a year ago the stock price was 29.00 per share. Today their stock price is around 13.98 per share. I wonder, just wonder, who is running the ship........This is absurd. I guess we will have to surrender to Lowes, Home Depot

From looking at everyone's posts, and from recent experience with Sears, It appears there is a gross and negligent issue with both Sears Home Service and Sears Home Warranty. It has been a nightmare and continues to be. Haven't had anyone come by to fix it and when I called they said they didn't have a repair appointment scheduled. Don't know how this happens. Terrible company with horrible customer service.

I ve tried to work things out with them because they messed up on my order, and all they did was put me in a tight schedule because I have to put time aside to go return the product that THEY sent me incorrect. I never say this but I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Sears Parts again. Horrible service and Worst Costomer service. I definitely do not recommend them..

We purchased a Refrigerator from Sears in March if this year! In October it went out, they sent a repairman into say something about ice forming, melted it and went about his way! We were denied a food loss claim, even with the master warranty! Less than a week it went out again! We had an apt set and technician was suppose to come out between 1-5pm and at 4:30 someone called to say that tech had called in sick, which I m sure they knew that before 4:30! Again, food loss! They rescheduled for two weeks out, again called to say that a technician was not coming out, rescheduled for 2 weeks out again! We have children and I am currently 9 months pregnant! When you call the people barely speak English they are rude, and clearly we need a replacement!Also, your in hold for over an hour!! I would suggest not buying anything from Sears, they are not what they use to be and their customer service sucks!

The absolute worst store to deal with I'm never buying anything from sears again all they do is lie and jerk you around worst customer service ever I was on the phone trying to get a refund 6 departments and 3 hrs later I hung up I will make it my life mission to slam them everywhere on the internet I bought a gazebo online and after 3 rescheduled deliveries and 3 missed days of work I was forced to drive 1 1/2hrs to the warehouse to pick it up when I got it home and opened the box it was dented scratched and missing parts I finally got the thing assembled and the first rain the roofed leaked I paid over a thousand dollars for a product not worth 200.00 I will be posting negative reviews every where I can if your smart I would stay far away from sears especially their home improvement dept I know first hand I was one of their contractors for a while what a shot show and they stole 2000.00 from me I hope they all go out of business soon

Im going start by saying based on our experience yesterday if there was '0' star rating I would have selected that.
My wife scheduled a 10am - 2pm service call for our wash machine repair, which Sears charges a $99 service / diagnostic test. It was 2:30pm & no one had showed up or called. My wife called to check on the status of our appointment & they promised someone would be there. It's now 4:30 & no one has showed up or called. My wife calls again & they advise her someone will be there & call before they arrive. As of 9pm nobody from Sears showed or called.
I called customer service this morning & spoke to a supervisor which was hard to understand since it seems like all Sears customer service calls are routed to the Philippines or India.
Of course she apologized for the inconvenience & said she would reschedule for today. I told her based off the experience yesterday & holding my wife hostage to our home for most of the day waiting, the $99 service/ diagnostic fee should be waived or discounted. The supervisor replied, "oh I cant do that, our expectation is you pay the technician the $99. I told her my expectation was someone should have showed or at least called yesterday, Then she either lied or the technician falsified his daily call report, she claims the technician wrote, "attempted to contact customer but nobody answered" I told her that's not true & in fact my wife received a customer review from Sears via email for their service call yesterday. She was adamant that my wife didnt answer the phone so I said not only is your customer service horrible you also call the customers a liar. I advised her, I know you don't care, your taking calls from American customers in some other country & could care less about customer service here. I informed her I would call headquarters & talk about my experience, never purchase or request service from Sears again & make sure to share my experience online which I'm sure you don't care about either since your at some call center in another country & dont have to answer to any Sears management from the states regarding Sears customer service.
It's a shame Sears has turned into this type of company. It's no wonder their closing stores & their sales are down. I imagine Sears will be one of the next big American stores that's been around for decades to close their doors just as Toys R Us just did. I remember going with my grandfather & parents to shop at Sears, them using service & even auto maintenance.
Sears, you have lost another customer that's been purchasing products & services for decades. You will also lose future business as I will tell friends, family & co workers of my experience.

I can not even give a rating, I have never been so upset with a company that is supposed to be customer oriented. My refrigerator went out 8 days ago a Sears repair man came out the next day and had to order parts in order to repair it. 7 days later, no parts and no one at Sears can give me any information except to say someone will get back to me in 72 hours. Where are these parts coming from and why do I have to be the one to chase them down. I will never purchase any thing from Sears again. Customer service is rude and is always passing the problem off to another department. Is there any one at Sears that cares what kind of customer service they are providing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had cancelled an order and waited the time I was told for a refund. I called my bank because I hadn't received it and to my surprise no pending refunds. I called and the lady was rude. Told me she couldn't pull up my order or transfer me....then yelled at me. When I called back I was transferred again and told that instead of 10 days for a refund it would be longer. Today is the 19th of July and I'm expected to wait until the last day of the month for a refund? Lawsuit waiting to happen.

If I could give Sears a rating under 0 stars, that would be more than what they deserve. I could write an epic tale on the worst service I have ever received in my life! I sure do hope that someone of Sears significance sees this and uses this to better their customer service.

I tried to purchase a vacuum online using part of a gift card we received for Christmas and using a credit card on the balance due, sounds easy right? When it comes to Sears, you are wrong. I had to begin writing down what was happening to keep track of what occurred in the 3 hours I searched for help.

When I was at the shopping cart I was able to apply the amount to the gift card but was unable to use a credit card to pay the balance due. I tried 3 different cards which all 3 did not work. I backed out of the page to go to the customer service screen to chat with someone online. After a 10 minute conversation she proceeded to tell me that I had no money on the card. I said that is a problem and someone needs to contact me. I then tried to type "Do you have a contact number to get this resolved?" and it then stated in the chat that I was no longer in chat. I tried to email the chat to me but it did not work so I had to screen shot it to be able to have records of what was going on.

I called the online phone number to receive assistance but they then transferred me to a different place that was an automated machine that hung up on me. I then called back and they provided a number that was automated (after asking not to be given an automated number) which did not provide me any resolution and then hung up on me again.

After the above I called the store which then gave me the number to go back to the other people that I just called and received no help from. They then gave me a number to call and assured me that I would speak to a person. I called the number provided and then told them I wanted to speak with a manager. I spoke with the manager and told them my issue and he placed me on hold for 15 minutes and I then received a busy signal. I called the store back and asked to speak to a manager who then put me on hold and 5 minutes later the phone hung up. I then called the store back again and asked to speak to a manager and she provided me a number (after telling me she couldn't help me) to speak to a person to get the issue resolved (while searching for the phone number I heard her say over the phone that she hung up on somebody).

I call this new number to receive assistance and the person "Nate" (Employee ID 533638) advised that he cannot help me and provides me with another number.

I have now called this new number after 3.5 hours and she (Gale) advises she cannot help us and send us back to the same department or service center and they now have us on hold after telling us that they could not help us. As you can imagine I am furious and it is taking every ounce of my being to be as polite as possible. I am now going continue typing this problem until I reach some sort of resolution (I also cannot remember everything that has happened so typing this down is the only way I can keep track of what has happened and tell customer service what is going on. We started speaking with someone and gave them our phone number (in case we got disconnected) so that they could contact us back. After being on hold for 15 minutes while the representative tried to assist us, she came back on the phone, claimed that she could not hear us, and then hung up the phone. We have yet to receive a phone call and it has now been 20 minutes since they have hung up.

Called their so-called customer service line four times...each time got someone in a far away country who had a meager grasp of the English language. They messed up the order each time. Absolutely no way to get through to an actual US Sears representative. NEVER again with Sears.

Purchased a top which I needed to exchange for a smaller size (with tag on it) and because I didn't have the receipt, they would not exchange it for me for a larger size. WHAT? Meanwhile, I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at Sears and over $24.99, they lost a good customer forever. Spoke to the manager and he refused to do as well. Unbelievable. I WILL NEVER STEP INTO A SEARS AGAIN! I would actually purchase somewhere else even if the price was higher. HORRIBLE customer service. Shame on you Sears! This is not how you treat a long time customer.

Customer service is horrible. I have been trying to get them to hook-up my stove for one week. They keep bouncing me back and forth, saying that my stove has to be hooked up by a professional. Making a complaint with cooperate. Still waiting for someone to come any hook up my stove.
Please do not purchase anything from Sears that will need there installation.
Help! We have been eating out for 7 days.

SEARS PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE AND THAT IS WHY THEY ARE GOING BANKRUPT!!!

I purchased a Kenmore Elite microwave from Sears in Yonkers and within 2 months the doors were broken on both sides, vent wouldn't turn on, light wouldn't turn on and door would randomly come off hinges.

I called Sears corporate to explain what happened and they explained that the microwave was discontinued and there was nothing that they could do. I explained that I was planning on writing a review regarding my experience and they told me "mam reviews online don't mean anything and once more there is nothing that we can do."

I have had a credit card with Sears for years. 2 months ago I recieved a letter saying that they were going to cancel my card because I hadn't used it for a year. This was not true! I had just bought clothes a couple of months previous. Yesterday I recieved a letter telling me that my card had been canceled due to an Equifax report. After calling them Equifax told me the error was with Sears and I should call them. I will today. If I don't get a satisfactory response I will never shop there again. No wonder their stores are going under!!!

I went online and purchased a mattress and box spring set Oct 2, 2018. I requested a delivery date of Oct 18, 2018. I received confirmation of the order and the delivery date. I began receiving text messages three days prior to the delivery date stating, your order will be delivered in three, two, one, days respectively! The day of the delivery I received a text stating my mattress set would be delivered as scheduled, then within 30 minutes, I received another text requesting I call them because the delivery would be delayed.

When I called, the nightmare began. I was told they were having challenges with the manufacturer and the merchandise had not be received into the warehouse. A fact that should have been communicated to me earlier instead on repeated confirmations of delivery. When I asked what was the delay, the representative, who was located in the Philippines and didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about this type of situation, stated the product would be delivered on Nov 5th. When I inquired how did she know that since the merchandise wasn't even at warehouse and there was no ETA as to when it would be, she didn't have an answer. I would suggest in these types of situations, the associates be given a talkoff that makes sense to the customer. This all happened on Oct 18th.

Between Oct 18th and Oct 22rd, I received a minimum of 10 calls from their automatic system advising me to the order was delayed and request I contact them before 9pm in the evening. This, after I'd already spoken with their customer service. On Oct 22nd, I called and cancelled the order and requested a full refund. I'd paid for the merchandise in full at the time the order was placed. I felt Sears had no problems taking my money without DELAY, but I had nothing to show for it. I was assured the order was cancelled, I also requested the automatic phone calls cease since I'd already spoken with them. I was told my refund would be received 3-5 business days and I would receive an email confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours.

Today is Oct 23, 2018 and I've received two more automatic calls telling me my order is delayed and asking me to call before 9pm. This AFTER I've cancelled the order and was assured a refund was coming. I called them AGAIN and spoke with a representative who told me the order wasn't completely cancelled and he would cancel it now, and the refund would be coming between 7-10 business days. I asked AGAIN for the calls to stop. Only time will tell if either has happened.

I order my mattress because of Sears' reputation, but I see like so many other things these days, that no longer exists.

well yesterday wasn't a good day for me as i woke up to a dead battery in my car so i went to sears to get a new battery 170.00 as i was waiting they came and told me i'd have to replace my alternator so i went and had it checked out by 2 different garages and both of those garages told me my alternator is working fine, so my question is how does sears sleep at night trying to take advantage of a disabled person who is on a fixed income? the only reason i gave them 1 star is cause i wanted this review shown, i'll never shop at sears ever again and will tell people to think twice about shopping there, apparently they lie and take advantage of people

We just bought a refrigerator. Having problems with the ice maker. Can t get the service man to fix it because he just says it s a bad ice maker. Ok then fix it. The first time he came out he wouldn t give us a receipt band said it would come in the mail. The second time he was suppose to come he never showed up. Called hem up just to be told the part didn t come in. It would have been nice to get a call then. NOPE! Ask about our receipt and the lady on the phone got nasty and told us we don t give receipts and if we wanted one then we have to talk with the repair man . Ask yo speak to someone I. Carve and she told us she was the boss. Very rude lady with no customer service skills. Wouldn t buy anymore from sears with this kind of service.

One month ago I purchased a refrigerator panel, which arrived damaged. I have requested over 3 times to have UPS pick up the damaged item, and your representatives included on all 3 UPS picks up the wrong address. The correct address for my pick up is 1 Almendro St., Apt. 303, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00907.

However, this is not the only issue I am having with Sears. After confirming with Sears my replacement, today i was notified my item is cancelled. I now have a broken panel which I cannot use and cannot return.

Corporate has not contacted me hopefully they will see this review.

My Kenmore Elite Fridge is 2 years old & hasn't been working since March 7; 5 service appts, only 2 that the serv tech showed up and other times, no show, but I still had to take off work. Additional contact only pushes me back further so that now they have me scheduled for April 25-which is their solution if you complain too much (they'd really prefer you give up). No consistent info;can never talk to the same person don't bother with their names. Told I would get a replacement (you know, their No Lemon Guarantee?); talked to another person yesterday & now that's changed;they don't count all my service appointments toward that; only 2, no matter. They now want to try to replace each part in the refrigerator, piece by piece; service refers me to replacement number, which turns out to be escalated service-can't talk to the replacement group-even tried to reach Executive Customer Service thru Mr. Lampert's office; another scam-shame on you Consumerist & Consumer Reports. Hardly understandable English from another customer service person - - in India.
I will never buy Sears ever again or any store affiliated with Sears, including K-Mart & will discourage anyone I know from doing so.

ALSO, THE SERVICE CENTER IS NOT EVEN IN THE UNITED STATES, AND I COULD HARDLY UNDERSTAND THE REP.
TODAY IS MY THIRD APPOINTMENT AND THEY ALREADY CHANGE THE TIME THROUGH AN EMAIL.....NO PHONE CALL. THEY EXTENDED MY WINDOW TO FIVE HOURS NOW...I WON'T BE SURPRISED IF THE TECH NEVER ARRIVES.

I will never order anything from Sears again, I placed an order on May 25th for a refrigerator and a LG electric range. The money was taken out of my bank account right away i was given a date of 06-25-20 for my delivery. I took off work only to get a text message the day before my order was changed to 07-01-20. I took off work again in which i did receive my refrigerator but my delivery date for my range was changed to 07-18-20. Again i get a text message early that morning on 07-18-20 that my order was again delayed until 08-20-20. I had contacted sears customer service several times about this order and all they kept telling me they were waiting for it to be received at the warehouse. I cancelled my order on 07-18-20 and went to home depot on 07-18-20 that is where i found out that the range i was waiting for from sears had been discontinued and the gentleman from home depot explained nobody at sears bothered to check and i would never received my oven. i ordered an oven from home depot on 07-18-20 and received it on 07-24-20. I still have not received my refund they had my money since may did not receive the product and it has taken this long to get my refund. This was the worst customer service i every received. They are taking a long time to refund my money but can take it right away.

They are the worst company I have ever delt with. Un educated employees will tell you anything you want to hear before passing the buck and transfering you to the next dummy so you can start all over again and never get anywhere. It takes weeks for them to come out and even look at your appliance. 3 year old Kenmore refrigerator, the sealed system failed and they want $1900 to fix it. I didnt even pay that when i bought it. They should have to stand behind there junk appliances, never again Kenmore.
