The phone service is dismal. Calling customer service ends up with someone answering in the Philippines. They trie hard, but the communications is almost nonexistent. Calling the local store (Greeley, CO)
was an effort in futility, it took 20 minutes to get to the right person after being disconnected twice. Corporate need to reexamine their inferior phone service. They no doubt lose a lot of sales because of it, and the aggregation that customers have to deal with is unacceptable. Thanks for listening.
