HORRIBLE. I've had 5 repair appointments to fix my washer and it's still not fixed. Each appointment I wait around my house for the "4 hour window" when the tech will come out, and 2x the called to cancel. Will never by another Sears appliance. I shouldn't worry - they are going out of business and no longer care about keeping customers happy.
