My Kenmore Pro refrigerator went down. Called the service center and waited 40 minutes to get connected. Had a really bad connection and asked if they had my number in case we got disconnected. She said she had no ability to call me back if we were disconnected. I gave her the info she needed and put me on hold, Yes! We were disconnected. So I am on the phone waiting again and decided to use the chat format at which they refer you and it is busy and notes "try later" ???
And you wonder why Sears is in dire financial stress. Need to keep customers once you have them. Management should be doing their do diligence and call as a customer to see how the service is performing. I going to call an outside service as I cant wait hours to get support.
