I ordered a refrigerator at the local Sears store, wrong size returned it same day, store told me look online find right fridge, right sizes and then reorder. Got online found price was same as store but they offered me 24 months same as cash and free delivery, wow, ordered it right there. They offered French door 27.6 cf for 999.00 mod #70413. Should have known if it sounds to good to be true it probably isn't. I called the online delivery to see about delivery date was told there was a mix up with my order said they would reorder my fridge but the sale price would not be honored gave me a case number 3048016 they apologized for the mix up said they would fix it and even gave me a 10% discount for my purchase! They told me a rep would call me in three business days to tell me the delivery date and if you don't hear from us you call us and just refer to your case number. What a big lie, they again told me I had no fridge ordered and said they were so sorry for the mix up. I don't think they had any intention of ever sending me a fridge, I read a lot of feedback for Sears online and it seems orders disappear all the time for discounted items. If you doubt my story look up my case number 3048016 you will get a real laugh it was about four call lasting over an hour each reassuring me it was resolved only to hang up the phone and drop the order again and again and again! My case should show my contact info.
