The customer service at SEARS is just average. Som...

The customer service at SEARS is just average. Some of the associates don't seem to be very knowledgable about the products in their departments. Perhaps they could use some updated training on product knowledge as well as on better customer service. Some of them aren't overly friendly or accommodating. There are also rarely any associates around or available if you do find yourself needing help with something. So then you have to constantly look around the entire store trying to find someone who might be able to assist or answer basic questions. SEARS does have a moderately wide selection of products and brands to choose from. Their prices are also relatively competitive with other large retailers'. Customer service and product knowledge though are probably the two areas which they need to improve upon the most.
