Two missed service appointments for my range with ...

Two missed service appointments for my range with no cancellation calls. Spent 8 vacation hours waiting for nothing. Spent more time on my lunch periods attempting resolution with the Sears Complaint Line. Was transferred over and over again, no one knew what they could do to resolve my issues, other than resched my appt - why would I waste more vacation time? Finally offered equivalent of $20 in Shop Your Way rewards points. That doesn't even begin to cover the lost wages, my sanity and the fact that my range still isn't working. Will never use Sears for anything again. I would rate negative stars if possible.
