Ordered my phone on the 27th of September 2018 received on the 19th of October 2018, as you can see it took a lot longer than the given "10 working days" emailed several times asking for updates and just got "we will let you know when its dispatched". i received my phone the phone is in the condition specified on the website, but would not buy from here again.

I bought what was supposed to be an 'A grade iPhone 6' and there is a blue colour mark on the screen whenever there is a white background.
EVEN WORSE THAN THAT if i am on an app for more than a minute, the phone turns itself off and when i try to turn it back on it says the battery is low, when it was full charged just before turning itself off.

I have also made contact and complained to Sellmymobile as they say they can contact Quickfixmobile but feel like I am being messed around. The Phone in question is valued at 251.00 and as far as I am concerned I class this now as Stolen. Watch this space as I will update as soon as I hear anything.

My bank are attempting to get the refund back but this could take until February, with no guarantee, which will make it over 5 months for a refund.

So, I wanted to write a review regarding my order.

First of all I ordered a iPhone X a few weeks back, and I didn t receive it until yesterday BUT I do have to say the customer service given to me by Quick Mobile Fix was very good. Every enquiry that was sent to QMF they replied fast and detailed responses. I do understand it is a small company and with prices like they have people will buy phones from them. The main reason I purchased a phone from them is because I m an old customer of QMF & I needed a new phone for my business. Yes you will have a longer wait time of 7 business days but they do respond to their customers ever so quickly which is why I have given them 4 stars. Also the phone I have is in excellent condition! Also comes with a warranty. Can t go wrong really.
The reason I m not giving 5 stars is because of the wait time. If they stuck to the 7 days I m sure everyone else would be super happy with this company.

Overall I m a happy customer and will be buying from QMF again and will recommend to anyone IF your not in a rush to receive a new phone.

I ordered a refurbished iphone 6 which arrived and looked to be in great condition but the sim tray wouldn't open, therefore rendering it unusable. They have now had it back since 23rd March and I am still waiting for a replacement. I am constantly getting fobbed off by different people who don't seem to look at what other colleagues have said, either repeating questions or contradicting earlier messages. Despite apparently being placed on a priority list over a week ago they have still not dispatched a replacement. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter whose birthday was over a week ago. Terrible service.

Edit 13/04/18: After a lot of chasing, this issue was eventually resolved and I received the phone yesterday and it is fine. Glad to say I was called and they did redeem themselves a little at the end but overall disappointed with the time and lack of communication.

Spoke to customer services after my complaint below. Requested refund and was told I would have to wait 14 working days. I waited and still they kept my money. Told me I will have to wait longer for my money back. This company needs shutting down. They treat their customers how they please. Trading law contacted and advised. The customer service email they respond to every negative review with is no help at all either. They just advise the same thing. No contact number to speak to anyone but notice there is an address so will just have to pay them a visit instead.

Incredibly frustrating. I got my phone back after almost 17!! days and it was not repaired properly. I ordered a screen repair but the one that they had was of a really cheap and poor one. I was given the choice to either get it fixed properly or get it dispatched immediately after 10 days. I chose the latter option cos for the first one I would have had to wait another 10 days but I needed my phone. BUT Even in that way I had to wait more or less another 7 days to get it anyway which was even more frustrating.

Awful customer service which doesn't say more than what u can find out in the website and gives u false hopes. They promised me that I had got my phone back 3 times but never happened. In the Terms And Conditions they don't state how long they would take in the worst case. That is incredibly unfair for a customer. Even the postal courier that they use is awful. They took 4 days to deliver the phone. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Stay away.

It appears from most of these reviews that QuickMobileFix provide a good service, but unfortunately (for me) mine is the exception to the rule. Now I am aware that in this increasingly service-oriented world, mistakes will happen. I do believe, though, that how a company deals with those mistakes is a true indication of their worth, (and I believe the same can be true of an individual too). Sadly, this is where QuickMobileFix was found seriously wanting.

I submitted my phone for a screen replacement and via their online tracking procedure was able to see that it was received on a Saturday (11/04). It was returned to me the following Wednesday (15/4), which I thought was a very quick turnaround. However, upon open the package, there was a residue of some sort of gel covering the phone, which I assumed to be leaked adhesive from fixing the screen. (This was later confirmed by their customer support.) After wiping it off, and inserting a battery and Sim, the phone would not boot up, so I was advised by customer support to return it to them which I did the following day and they received Fri 17/4.

After hearing nothing I contacted them the following week, and was told it was with a technician and I would be contacted later in the day with the status. This did not happen, so I contacted them again the following day, and received the same message. And again no one contacted me. Eventually, after several email and phone calls initiated by me, I was told that that it was being tested and would be shipped in Wednesday. When this did not happen, further prompting by me revealed that the phone had been sent to the wrong department which caused further delay, and finally I got a call on Friday 24th to say it would be shipped, though as it was being delivered to my work address I would not receive it until the following Monday. I finally received the phone on 27th, 17 days after having sent it to them, and yes the screen was fixed and the phone worked.

My whole problem with this company was their complete lack of accountability for the initial error in returning the phone in a non-working state, and then their poor level of service in rectifying that issue and keeping the customer informed. I asked for a discount for the delay, after all 17 days is hardly a quick fix , but was told by the customer service operator handling my case that she was not authorised to offer that, and I should send an email in to for further consideration. So I did, requesting a call back from a manager, asking why they thought their poor service did not warrant some form of discount. A person called Shane contacted me via email, (didn t even have the manners or balls to call, and I have no idea what his surname or responsibility is), to say they were sorry and offer me 5% discount on any future service. Needless to say I won t be needing this as I wouldn t touch them again with the proverbial barge pole.

At the end of the day, it s not important. It s only a phone, so I don t wish to lose perspective, but this company have a lot to learn about customer service. Be warned.

I tried to repair my Galaxy S5 myself, and had bought a new glass cover for the camera lens. On removing the broken glass I saw that some of the shards of glass had wedged between the lens and the housing. I tried to get them all out but the camera then wouldn't focus.
I sent it off to QMF who repaired it and sent it back within the week packaged securely.Initially I had some trepidation about posting it off but I needn't have worried.
Camera now works fine.
Very pleased with the speed of repair, and quality of customer service. Would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a phone on the 4th April, website says delivery will be within 7-10 working days but they aim for it to be earlier. The time passed, no dispatch information was given. I emailed and they told be it would then be dispatched within 1-4 working days, time passed again. I emailed, I've been told it's the dispatch team that's causing the delays (for no given reason) and it should be dispatched this week (W/E 2nd May). It's been 17 working days but 27 calendar days since I placed my order. If you need a phone quickly, these are not the guys to get it from.

Delivery is appalling because it took them a month just to dispatch the phone i bought which was a iphone xs space grey in good condition. I had to message them consistently just to see if it has been dispatched and in the end i basically reminded them that they have not dispatched my phone. However they weren't lying about next day delivery courier because after they dispatched the phone arrived the next day and the phone works perfectly even though its in "good" condition, i have not seen any scuffs or marks when it arrived. I wished they added an iphone charger + earbuds to the phone so i don't have to buy separately and they really need to stop lying to their customers about dispatch times.

I purchased a phone from this company August 4th and it arrived a few days later, no problems. When I got the phone immediately there was a problem where the phone would not charge, I contacted them immediately and was told to send the phone back and they would repair it. Due to being out of the country I sent this back later and it arrived with them on September 1st.

September 10th I had had no word of the situation and no tracking information was provided so I chased them with an email. On the 12th they told me that the phone would be fixed in 1-3 working days. By September 18th I had had no word again so I chased and was met with a general response. September 23rd I asked again and was told it was in the final stages of repair and testing. September 27th I was told my phone was repaired and that returns would contact me in 24 hours. October 3rd I received no word and had to chase again. I was told that my phone was STILL in repair despite being told otherwise. October 5th I was told my device was being shipped next day delivery. It arrived after the weekend on the 9th.

After being phoneless all of September it was a relief to finally have a phone again. I started it up all fine and then a couple seconds later blank. The phone would not power on and would get stuck in a boot loop everytime it was plugged in. I was told to once again send it back. As you can guess I was furious and asked for a refund which they told me they could not do as this exceeded their 14-day money back guarantee.

I spoke on the phone with them on the 11th October who told me they would send me a courtesy phone to use whilst the original handset was being sent back to them for the second time. She told me that the device would be dispatched next day. As of the 13th I have had no confirmation that this has been dispatched.

By this point, it is beyond a joke so I decided to seek legal advice today due to not being able to get hold of them. Despite them saying I have exceeded the 14-day money back guarantee I have been informed that legally I am still eligible for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Section 9. Whilst this is limited to 30 day Section 22.6 states that this is paused upon the request of a repair.

I have emailed them due to not being able to get through on the phone today and now wait for their response to be able to get hold of my full refund.

I had in the past been fairly happy with Quick Mobile Fix when they provided a decent service and you were able to actually phone them up. I was actually quite a good customer of theirs.

In late 2019 they were investigated by Redbridge Trading Standards following numerous complaints of taking orders, not delivering on these orders and then simply generating delay tactic after delay tactic in providing refunds. Although their owner Chinedu Emechebe stated everyone received their refunds (which may or may not be true) they are categorically not complying with distance selling laws as I write this. They are NOT offering 14 day refunds on orders they do not fulfil. However, what they will do is take your money and put it in their bank in the full knowledge that they simply don't have a product to sell. Then when you try to phone them to speak to someone you find they have withdrawn that service too. Essentially you just end up pulling your hair out, are considerably financially out of pocket and for this price receive generically worded emails that mean absolutely nothing, say nothing and achieve nothing.

They state that any delays will be communicated to customers and they will be sure to 'pop an email over to you' to let you know. Not true. They state they work to distance selling laws of 14 day refunds. Not true. They offer to enter into a sales contract with you that they cannot fulfil. True.



We've now presented them with a letter of deadlock for a 14 day response. We've not heard back and will now write to the Ombudsman.

We eventually purchased a phone from Giff Gaff and got it the next day.

Avoid this experience at all costs.

I ordered a refurbed iPhone for my son 2 weeks ago. I asked Quick Fix for a delivery date but they had no idea when the phone would arrive. I contacted them several times for an update and received several different reasons for the delay, testing being one of them. This left me to assume that they did not have a phone ready for sale as advertised. I asked for a refund last week and have had no contact from them since, despite emailing them a number of times. Quick Fix should be avoided as they are unprofessional and lack any sense of business ethics.

I had to have my phone repaired a second time only a month after the first as it cracked across the screen for no apparent reason.
They placed the blame on me, but for the price I didn't fancy arguing so sent it off again.
Once again there was STILL adhesive/grease left all over the screen and inside the case when it was returned back.

Posted phone on a Monday and got it returned by the Thursday (A little odd to not have a phone for a few days, but also quite nice to have a break! hehe)

My only very small issue was grease residue on the bottom of the screen, but that was easily cleaned off with a bit of lighter fluid.

I ordered a product which was postponed by a week which I didn't mind at the time, after that my order still did not come, thus i requested a refund, skip to 14 working days later (which they said it would come in by) there was no refund, there's been a poor communication and understanding of the customers and if I do not receive the refund soon I will be in contact with higher authorities.
Personally I would find a more reliable service and skip Quick Mobile Fix

Update: The comments made in response to my review are disingenuous at best. I was told the parts would take 5-7 working days to arrange, and of course they haven't arrived in this time frame and I'm still waiting. At no point would I describe myself as being 'happy' with any part of this process!

I've now been waiting over a month for my phone to be repaired. At some point they said they were waiting for parts to arrive from a supplier and would contact me within ten working days. Obviously this never happened so now they've had my phone for around 6 weeks.

Customer service is practically non-existent; they send generic copy-and-paste emails (if they even bother replying) that bear no resemblance to the question you asked them.

Am considering taking legal action to recover my phone, and will certainly be contacting trading standards regarding this dreadful service.

Phone was purchased on the 28th November. Was never shipped (probably because it doesn't exist). We emailed them and they claimed that our phone was magically sent this morning, on the 19th December. We were then sent a fake tracking number that does not work. This is a complete scam. All of the positive reviews are obviously fake. Avoid at all costs. Luckily we paid through PayPal so we will be disputing the payment and should eventually get our money back.

I ordered 2 iPhone 7 for spouse and myself on the 19th and 20th of March, still not received on 10th of April while the protective cases ordered more than a week later from China already arrived?!
This is such a ridiculously slow service that if the phones will ever arrive at all, I'm 100% sure I will never order here again.
Delivery within 5-7 business days? Nope, not even within 16 business days!

Absolutely terrible experience - phone was not dispatched for 18 days despite continuous reassurances that it would be delivered immediately. I told them repeatedly that I was going abroad and so needed to receive the phone before a certain date (well after their 3-5 day estimate). Ended up cancelling the order - no idea what went wrong, as no one on their end seemed to know either.

1. The phone (a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact) was sent for screen repair. It was received by QMF on a Wednesday and returned the following Thursday (so 5 working days for repair rather than the suggested 24-48 hours).
2. The updates on the account management section of the website are virtually non-existent - it either says 'unfulfilled' or 'fulfilled' which doesn't give you a lot of information to go on.
3. If you phone them up, they are pleasant enough, but tend to give standard answers about 'nearing completion' rather than anything more specific.
4. The first repair was faulty - the screen came back damaged, the screen brightness was not working and the side of the case was marked. QMF accepted the phone back for further work without quibble (although did first ask for photos to be sent to them which was a little over the top given I informed them of the issue within 30 minutes of receiving the phone back).
5. The second repair took just as long as the first and the screen is now ok, the brightness has been fixed, but the side of the case is more damaged than before.
6. Communication during the second repair was non-existent and I would have expected better given the first repair was faulty.

Overall, therefore, I can't say I have been terribly impressed - it is good that the faulty first repair was fixed without issue (but I would expect this). Where QMF could and should have done better is making me feel as if they cared about the fact that things had gone wrong by trying harder the second time around.

I am currently having a dreadful experience with this company - I ordered an iphone 7 on April 24th, the money was taken from my account within 2 days. Weeks went by and I didn't receive it. Every time I chased I was told it would be with me the following week, but nothing materialised. At the start of June I cancelled my order and requested a full refund, I am still waiting. It is impossible to get through to them on the phone. Every time I email I get a different story about when I will be refunded. I am currently seeking advice as to next steps I can take. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Really disappointing service. Ordered a device on 30th March and they took payment immediately. Today is 18th April and still no phone, let alone an update on when this might be dispatched. Every time I email I get a standard response back stating that the phone will be dispatched within 1-4 working days. Those 4 working days pass and you then have to chase again to no avail.

This is a company with no phone number which tells you everything you need to know. They have no interest in being contacted and held accountable by their customers. Unfortunately you only realise this after you've placed an order and it's too late when you're trying to follow up. Interestingly, you only find out once you've placed your order that it might take them between 7-10 working days to dispatch the device; this certainly isn't highlighted beforehand.

They should not be accepting orders for handsets which they clearly don't actually have in stock and certainly shouldn't be taking payment until the handset is ready to be dispatched.

No doubt like all the other poor reviews I'll get a response back asking me to email their customer service address. Believe me I've done that and this is why I'm now having to resort to this platform to try and get a proper response but most importantly to warn others not to make the same mistake.

Avoid and do not be duped by their seemingly competitive pricing. You get what you pay for in life and this is evidence enough that Quick Mobile Fix is not capable of delivering the service they propose. It is anything but "Quick."

Phone still not arrived after nearly 2 weeks, you can not get in contact with them by phone as they are always engaged during opening hours with is very convenient and any email to get from them as a response does not answe the question you asked but just a generic response,

I have Since spoken to the courier APC who have since said the parce has not been posted for them to deliver. Avoid QUICK MOBILEFIX.

Ordered an Iphone on 1st December that was apparently in stock but it has still not been delivered, even after telling them the date that I needed it by and being assured that it would arrive in time!

Every time I contact them they tell me it will ship tomorrow and that the phone is definitely available.

It seems they advertise and take the money for items they don't have and then try to string you along buy lying, and today there is no way of getting hold of them as the number is constantly engaged.

I'd advise you to avoid this company!!

This was the first time that I have used the services of Quick Fix mobile and found my experience from start to finish, and the phone was exactly as described on their website.
I will most certainly use their services again, when I am ready to upgrade again, as the cost of the phone is just right for what I want to pay without getting into a long drawn out contract.

Bought a phone for my daughter. It came broken, no-one returned my emails for 3 days, no answer my calls at the weekend even though it states it is open.
The phone arrived late and when I sent it back, I was not offered an immediate replacement but told the phone needed examination.
3 times I was asked what the Apple Id was and 3 times I explained the phone was not used.
I requested a full refund and explained my daughter was upset.
This was March and today May 9th I finally got a refund.
Totally disappointed with the service and will never use this company again.

Don't use them. They promise tracking number within 10 days. As all other reviews state, this doesn't happen. They're very good at responding to emails but actually never do anything. Just fob you off and use every delay tactic imaginable. I tried their live chat and was told they were terminating my call because of my tone. All I said was they were living up to all the negative reviews, no bad language was used and no threats. Easily offended little souls. Well I'm offended they take peoples money but deliver nothing, give appalling service and phones which are faulty. Customer service nil pois. How on earth are they still allowed to be in buisness!!

I ordered an Iphone 7 Plus in good conditions and I am quite satisfied with the phone overall. It is good value for money: the phone has a good performance and the cosmetic conditions are just as described in the description.
