I ordered a mobile phone on 26th of November! Had no option but to cancel this order 5 days before Xmas as they failed to uphold their delivered within 10 days policy and could not guarantee my delivery for when I required it (4weeks after purchase date) it is now th 19th of January and still NO REFUND. The emails they continue to send are generic emails. They continue to give dates in which they will refund and do not. It is now 8 weeks after purchase without refund! Again an absolute disgrace! Do not purchase from this company. They never Uphold their end of the contract! Funny how they took the money from my account that day but can t seem to refund me!!!! Do not tell me to get in contact with your service..... I have done that in serveral occasions and no one seems to do anything!!!..... I ask Again slow un-trustworthy mobile fix....where is my money????? ORDER NUMBER ID206002
