Really disappointing service. Ordered a device on 30th March and they took payment immediately. Today is 18th April and still no phone, let alone an update on when this might be dispatched. Every time I email I get a standard response back stating that the phone will be dispatched within 1-4 working days. Those 4 working days pass and you then have to chase again to no avail.

This is a company with no phone number which tells you everything you need to know. They have no interest in being contacted and held accountable by their customers. Unfortunately you only realise this after you've placed an order and it's too late when you're trying to follow up. Interestingly, you only find out once you've placed your order that it might take them between 7-10 working days to dispatch the device; this certainly isn't highlighted beforehand.

They should not be accepting orders for handsets which they clearly don't actually have in stock and certainly shouldn't be taking payment until the handset is ready to be dispatched.

No doubt like all the other poor reviews I'll get a response back asking me to email their customer service address. Believe me I've done that and this is why I'm now having to resort to this platform to try and get a proper response but most importantly to warn others not to make the same mistake.

Avoid and do not be duped by their seemingly competitive pricing. You get what you pay for in life and this is evidence enough that Quick Mobile Fix is not capable of delivering the service they propose. It is anything but "Quick."
