Ordered a Grade A iPhone 7 and paid the extra mone...

Ordered a Grade A iPhone 7 and paid the extra money for a genuine box, however received a dirty and dent box which cannot be used as a gift at all. After several email conversations, I am just being ignored by this company. Phone number is always busy, so no chance to reach them.
Still giving them 3 Stars, as the Phone was in good condition and delivery time was reasonable.
