I ordered a phone on 6th July, when confirmation came through it said 7-10 days for despatch. As I needed a phone urgently I cancelled the order (within 24 hours). I have been told it is 14 working days for a refund which is just not acceptable. Still waiting for the refund, I am emailing every day and get the same automatic answer. Holding peoples money with no valid reason is an absolute disgrace. I would avoid this company at all costs, if they need to hold onto funds they are obviously in trouble financially.
