COMPLETE WILD GOOSE CHASE.
I ordered an iPhone xr from this company which took so long to arrive that I ended up canceling the order. No useful way to contact them and they do nothing to solve the issue, they only asked for a further four days to fix the issue and get my order out. Which I gave them... and then was asked to wait even longer when I hadn't heard anything by the fourth day. As I said it's a complete goose chase.

All in all I wouldnt recommend this company at all, it feels very unorganised and I feel frustrated and taken advantage of. If you value your time and money I would recommend another you use another company.

When they arrived one is faulty. Sent it back, and have now been 2 weeks without a phone. No replies to emails, no phone number to contact them and still no replacement phone.

Avoid this company like the plague. I am reporting to Trading Standards tomorrow.

I originally sent my ipad to be fixed on 31/5/17 and eventually got it back on 22/6/17. So I'm afraid I can't give more than one star for the speed of the service.

I was lead to believe that the service would be quick and efficient - but the first time I got the ipad back, it wasn't repaired properly - there was glue all over the screen, and the corners were not stuck down correctly.

I rang the helpline - it took me 15 attempts even to get through, as the number provided was constantly engaged. When I did eventually get through, I had a further 20 min wait to speak to someone in customer services. To be fair to them the person I spoke to was very helpful, and promised me she would prioritise the repair.

However, the service was very slow. As I use this for my business, I was very disappointed by the poor turnaround time, and cannot recommend this company.

So i ordered a phone back in march waited over a month and still no phone. So then i asked for a full refund as it took ages, now with the same thing with a refund getting the same email over and over again to the point i think that they have a response on replay. Its now been over the 14 working days for which i get told that i would receive this refund, its becoming a joke now quick enough to take my money but slow to give me my money back. I have 2 small kids and the amount is owed is quiet alot. I really am getting very peeved off to be quiet honest. How does it take over 14 days to press a button to give me my money back that is owed to me............i would like the money in my account by tomorrow evening!!

Ordered a gold iPhone for my daughters birthday on the 22nd October 2018 as her birthday was on the 12th Nov 2018 waited patiently expected around 6/7th October No Phone yet my money was taken straight away Tried phoning but could not get through tried 7 times still no reply eventually got through on live chat I was promised call back from manager but never happened ,emailed to cancel order as birthday very close then got call from manager who passed bank details on to accounts for refund it is now 16 days from that phoned again and got through!!!!!! Details were sent through to accounts was emailed to say SHOULD be put in my account by 3rdDecember I have gone through live chat again requesting speedier payment now I am again to get another call back from manager . Maybe not quite as quick turnaround as I was lead to believe, but happy with the service and the repairs were done to a very high standard (ie. you wouldn't know there was a problem in the first place!). Customer service was quick to respond when I asked for a confirmation that my handset had been received (note to Quick Mobile Fix: could you send an automated email to confirm receipt and assure customers?).

Fully working phone delivered exactly as described. Surprised however that it came without a charging cable. Disappointed by the time taken to dispatch although to be fair it was stated in the confirmation email that it could take up to 10 days before it was dispatched. I just expected it to come sooner based on experience with other on line retailers.

I STRONGLY recommend you avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a refurbished iphone and was told it would be dispatched within 10 working days. I then read reviews from dissatisfied which worried me so tried contacting them via email, Facebook messenger and phone. Responses were slow and generic and the phone calls left me in a queue for over an hour. Chased them again on day 10 to be told it was being sent to the dispatch manager to be sent out that day. Received a call at 3pm that day saying the one I had ordered was still going through testing but they could send out a gold one instead. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Waiting for my refund now but not getting responses to emails etc. I then ordered the same phone from a different company - see my review for Music Magpie.

Although the phone was rated as GOOD , I did not expect the case to be in such a poor condition. Bump / scrathces etc everywhere. Wouldn t surprise me if they simply changed the screen and sold it off as being GOOD . Let s just hope it works well once it is opened for Christmas.

I ordered a phone from Quick Mobile Fix, which I no longer needed so I cancelled the order. They initially said they hadn't received the handset back from the courier so I contacted the courier who sent me proof of the receipt and a signature from somebody at QMF who had signed for the returned phone. Thereafter, I have been given a stream of excuses and delays about where my money is by multiple members of staff, there is nothing QUICK about this company, and you are directed to numerous members of staff where you have to explain your story from the beginning every time.

FALSE PROMISES, DELAYED RESPONSES, INEFFECTIVE / UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, ZERO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF MEMBERS / DEPARTMENTS / COURIER leading to a 4 month delay in my refund and no sign of it appearing !! This company have caused me stress, wasted time, wasted money, and no faith in small companies

I got a response on here saying to email the customer support team - guess what, they don t reply to email! Or answer the phone !! And you can t reply to their comment. such a joke. Expect a letter from small claims court in the post :)

This is a great business ... my mobile was better thank I expected- as I only chose a good quality... it arrived quickly it was well packaged. The option of being able to pay in instalments was a massive advantage. I would recommend this service and there is nothing negative to say

Bought a refurbished iPhone 6 64gig, it arrived quickly and on time. Was not home for delivery so I followed the instructions to have it delivered without needing to sign for it.

I requested delivery to a large postbox attached to the wall outside my front door. Instead they left the parcel in clear view of any passers by on my driveway (on a rainy day).

This puzzled me completely as the courier failed to pick up the requested printout with the barcode on it supposedly absolutely necessary in order to authorise the delivery if no-one home.
Thankfully the phone was packaged well so not damaged by the heavy rain. However the phone screen was filthy with fingerprints and what seemed like food debris. Once this was cleaned away I was left with some minor scratches.

I would have thought that ensuring the phone at least looked clean would be one of the quality checks performed before allowing a phone to be sent out.

Apart from that the phone does seem OK, although I have only used it for one day so not really had a chance to check all ok with battery life etc.

Unfortunately I could not really recommend this company based on my experiences.

Really good service I got an iPhone 5s for a ridiculously cheap price I've never seen a deal like it on the internet that's in as good condition as this, grade A refurbished so it looks brand new. Only problem I've found is the charger that came with the phone stopped working after a week or so and the phone itself dies at about 50% battery some days but this could be a fault with the design of the phone rather than this website. But if definitely recommend this service for buying refurbed phones :)

Sold my phone to them but have not been paid for weeks. A lot of people have faced and are facing the same issue.

Chinedu Ken Emechebe and Leela Emechebe what you are doing is unnaceptable. You owe me and many others money. Pay up! As directors of quick mobile fix, who promise to deliver a prompt service, how can you justify withholding payment to so many people for so long? Or do you wait until you sell the mobile phones we have sent to you in good faith first, then pay us? What you are doing is completely illegal. I would advise anyone in the same situation to contact the police, trading standards and the regulator, the FCA. Their financial filing to Companies Hoise also looks very dodgy. I believe they are stealing from people to deal with their debts.

In addition, please leave negative feedback on the Trust Pilot website to help our fellow consumers and avoid them falling in the same trap we have.

I urge everyone to take action and for those potentially considering doing business with quick mobile fix, please don t.

I contacted them by email and asked when my money would be in my bank account and was told that it would be by the close of business on Friday 31st August (a whole 11 days after I posted my handset to them, and what must have been 9 days after they received it).
August 31st passed and no money appeared.
Another email sent to them and I was told then it would be Monday 3rd September when I would get my money (a ridiculous 14 days since I posted my phone and 12 days since they must have received it).
No money arrived yesterday as promised and I am now seeking legal advice as it appears that my phone has been stolen from me.


EDIT - DO NOT respond and tell me to email customer services, I have done so and get no reply. Next stop police if you do not send my money immediately or return my handset

When my "pristine" iphone arrived, it had a chip in the glass. Contacted customer services to request a replacement or refund and.... radio silence. Don't buy from here, fraudulent company is just going to take your money and not reply to emails when you ask them where your phone is. This is not third week phone has not been delivered and I am yet to hear that it even has been dispatched. Do not bother with this company just try Carphone Warehouse or in person retailers. Would suggest to conduct business with more respectable companies with at least some customer service standards.

I bought a iPhone-8 in August. The phone was delayed in being delivered to me. More than that, the back camera had a fault and didn't work. QMF sold a faulty item, which should have been checked properly in quality testing.

I then sent the phone back, it was supposedly repaired and then returned to me. The same issue reappeared within a week. I since sent the phone back in mid-November, requesting a replacement phone or a refund. I have not received any sort of compensation, nor a returned phone; and the communication has been appalling, having not heard anything since December. They also have no customer service help line, and all communication is by email.

This is now 5 months into my year long warranty and I have not been able to use the phone for more than 1 week in this period. I would avoid this company at all costs, very unprofessional and they sell misadvertised products.

One star is too good for this company. Please don t go anywhere near their company if your want a refurbished phone. I sent for one and was not a happy with the quality of it. So returned it they received it on the 8 January 2020 after many many emails I am still awaiting a refund which they told me will take 14 working days, thankfully I have paid in instalments. Otherwise I d be waiting for a lot of money as you can guess I still haven t received any money. Their customer service is none existent and there phone number does not work. This was just an amazing service. You always worry about the phone just disappearing but there is no need. You choose the model and fault on their website. You pay a fee, which is extremely reasonable. They send you a label to print off and send. Then return the phone, fixed and beautifully packaged and in my case within three days. What a great deal!

Purchased a top grade refurbished phone for my son from Quick Mobile Fix, and he is very happy with it. The phone is in excellent condition, and is exactly what he wanted.

Be prepared for a bit of a wait for your phone to arrive. Although it says next day delivery, this is from the date of dispatch - which in our case was approximately a two week wait period. However, in my opinion, it was worth the wait! Based on this positive experience, I would definitely consider using them again.

That is not how a business is run. FIND MY PHONE. You have NOT stuck within the time frame, I have NOT received an email saying my order has been dispatched and I have NO interest in listening to any excuses. Horrible, horrible customer service. The phone has not arrived, it's been so long, Literally. I m writing this from a void that exists beyond the end of time. I did opt to send by registered post as a precaution which cost seven pounds, instead of their Freepost offer, but reckon it was worth it. Would definitely use again.

They re phone lines also appear to be quite understaffed as I struggled to get in touch. But for the core of what the company does i.e. help you buy second hand phones, they do quite well.

Ordered a phone a 4 weeks ago at time of writing this.
No sign of it being sent within the 10 working days so I emailed them and was told it would be sent in a few days, it wasn't.
Emailed them again was given another date for it to he sent, again it didn't get sent.
So far they have sent nothing, 20 working days later and 4 times they assured me they would have the phone dispatched but didn't.
Company is a complete scam, buyer beware.

Since I can't respond to your response, I'll just add an edit.
I have already been in contact with your customer support for the last 2 weeks but they keep giving me dispatch dates that are never met, so what's the point in emailing them again just to be lied to all over again.
Your customer service is a joke and that's putting it kindly.
After a promise earlier this week that the phone would be shipped by the end of the week at the latest I emailed Friday morning to make sure it would be sent and asked if it was not sent again that I got a phone call with some sort of reasonable explanation as to why it was bit dispatched again, No dispatch and no phone call, like I said absolute joke.

Ordered a phone from them - supposed to be dispatched within 7 working days. On day six, advised that it will be another week until it can be dispatched. Try to contact them as needed it sooner and cannot get through as they have so few staff on the customer service line. Cancellation request then takes another 2 days and another 14 days to process the payment. Overall a really disappointing experience.

Warning: Avoid this company. Order was delayed a few days after purchase, then didn t arrive. I spoke to customer services a couple of times (you need to try several times as really poor wait times) and eventually emailed through a cancellation. I received confirmation of this and awaited a refund. Two weeks later (4 weeks after order) I received an unexpected delivery of the phone I originally ordered. I downloaded and printed off the prepaid label and returned phone. The courier service takes 3-5 working days! Then you have to wait for confirmation of receipt and then confirmation that someone is dealing with your cancellation - another 48 hrs (though not had this and still chasing.) So I m still without a refund even though they have the phone.

Don t risk loosing your money and wasting huge amounts if time. There s plenty of other companies operating a much quicker and reliable service for the same price.

Its been over 20+ working days since I ordered my phone. After recieving suspicious emails about being 'updated' . I phoned, only to realise the phonr wasn't in stock (after 18 working days). I have now requested a refund ,but it seems it will take 10-14 days to process a refund for a phone that I never received. This company is FRAUDULENT AND GREEDY, they take in more orders than they can handle ,even when the phone is NOT ' in stock', when it clearly isn't . If i do not receive my refunf within 3 days . I will have to go through my credit card company ,under section 75 . I hope this company learns some business ettique. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Took a month to get my phone (Sony Xperia XA1) repaired and sent back. The repair was to have the screen replaced. I Had to constantly chase for updates and was eventually told it was more complex to repair than expected. Then a week later that they didn't have the parts in stock to complete the work and it would be another week.

Very frustrating experience! Would never use them again and wouldn't recommend.

Going to request a part refund but doubt I'll get anywhere based on the other comments.

Ordered phone on 17th July. It is now 27th July and still not dispatched. Email response not helpful, blaming the carrier for delays in un-locking.
Website states that they will contact you if delay more than 5 days. They have not done so. When you call be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes.
The site looks professional, but when things go wrong be prepared to be less than satisfied.

Ordered mobile on 13th August and am still waiting to receive it!!! It's been nearly 3 weeks now and I keep getting fobbed off. It was ordered for my sons birthday which has come and gone so you can imagine how disappointed both I am and he was not to have received this in readiness for his birthday. Don't bother ringing, you can't get through, no matter what time of the day I tried calling, I was always in amongst a long waiting list of callers. I think they do that to put you off speaking to anyone. They do not have the mobiles in stock hence the reason you end up waiting so long and they cannot give you a dispatch time. I am so annoyed with myself for not reading the reviews before I decided to place an order. I have requested a refund but got an automated email back which said "Please allow us up to 4 additional working days* for us to complete further quality control tests on your device." It's been 5 working days since I received that email and still no dispatch information has been received!! Steer clear from this company, it's just not worth the hassle!

FRAUDSTERS. THIEVES. DO NOT BUY!!!Ordered a phone which I didn't receive. Got told I would get a refund in 14 days. Didn't get a refund and they ignore my emails. No professional company is without a phone number. No wonder trading standards investigated these con artists and Watchdog did a programme a few months ago about them ripping people off. I have joined a Facebook page that has been set up for people who were scammed by these idiots. I followed a link on there and reported them to trading standards.
