Very slow process throughout and had to keep chasing them to do anything. Had my phone for a few days and only checked it over after I'd emailed to ask why it was taking so long. Took another good few days before they agreed to pay me the money and then a few more days to receive funds. Would hesitate before using again, would rather go for a well known company like MusicMagpie that I trust.
