*UPDATE* the seller has not responded to any email...

*UPDATE* the seller has not responded to any emails in the last few weeks, after a quick search about the business I ve since discovered the owner of this business has been visited by trading standards after multiple reports of situations similar to mine. My bank are attempting to get the refund back but this could take until February, with no guarantee, which will make it over 5 months for a refund.
