Needed iPhone 6 screen repair. Found these guys on the internet, website was super easy to use. Prepaid postage both was was included and I couldn t find anyone else at a better price. Phone was packaged and sent off, a few days later I had an email to say it was on its way back. Within a week I had it back in my hands, like a brand new phone. Would use again without a doubt. Don't expect any help from their customer service about getting it fixed, completely ignored my emails, you can never get through to anyone on the phone (probably because there's too many people trying to call through to complain) and their opening hours are ridiculous - what retail service shuts at 4pm?!

They have had both my iPads since 13th December for a simple screen replacement. I have emailed over 5 times, each time I get a fob off reply saying they are busy or it will be dispatched soon . I went with them because they said they were quick! Infant their name even suggests they are! I have asked to be called and given a number but nothing..
I have had to open a paypal case to try and prompt some action from them. So far I have paid for a repair that hasn t happened and i can only think my iPads have been stolen by them seeing as though I haven t got them back..should this be a police matter now?
I got my phone within the time they said. It is in fantastic condition. I was worried I couldn t get through to anyone or ring anyone as I wanted to change the delivery address but it came in the end and someone was in thankfully so there was actually no problem.
Was initially sceptical about ordering a used phone off the Web but in the end the phone was delivered within the timescale advised at the time of order placement. So far phone is working well and the condition was as expected.

Ordered a refurbished unlocked iPhone 6s ( Rose Gold ) for my wife, it arrived in 10 days and was in excellent condition.Great value for money as it came with a 1 year guarantee, charging lead and a screen protector. I would highly recommend Quick Mobile Fix when you need to replace an older version, plenty of colours and specs to choose from at realistic prices.All I need to get her for Xmas now is a decent protector case, happy days
Really poor. Took weeks for the phone to arrive. I was aware the phone was a refurb but the screen had obviously been replaced and was not fitted properly causing the screen to crack within the first few days of use.
When I contacted them and complained they blankly refused to do anything.

These people are complete sammers. My son ordered a used mobile phone and 28 days later he has not received his phone. My son is just 12 and he saved hard for this. We contacted them many times but still no phone. We then asked for a refund and still no money. I have had to contact the credit card company to try to get my money back. Well, I ordered my iPhone 6s 2 weeks ago as my phones camera had broken and the phone in a whole was on its way out. My phone currently doesn t work at all and I am waiting on my new phone to arrive. I have been lied to saying it is dispatched but then hasn t been. Says there is a delay. Said we had next day delivery and were on their priority list. There company never seems to be able to pick up the phone and their emails are generic and every time it s another one apologising for a delay and always signed from a new name. One day it s Laura then it s Tori. Their customer service is an absolute piss take and I do not recommend this company to anyone. I have to leave the house now with a broken phone hoping it will work in emergencies. For weeks now my phone has been broken and I was excited to get a new one. Now I have lost complete trust and I am fuming with this company. When I receive my phone even if I do, I will never be using this company again and I hope people reading this review don t use them either. I think this is hands down the worst phone company I have ever used and seen. I was told that my phone would be dispatched between 5-7 days then there was a delay and we would have to wait another 1-3 days for dispatch and we were on their priority list and would receive next day delivery. We then received an email on Friday night saying it would be dispatched that day and as we had next day delivery would arrive yesterday, Saturday. However it has not arrived and they said they would get back to us on Monday. This is not acceptable as we were promised for my phone to arrive on Saturday. I am disguisted with their service.
Sent my phone in for repair in good faith. Expected the 24-48hr repair advertised. Have not been updated in a week, unable to reach anyone on the phone line, contact form returns an automatic reply.
UPDATE: Week 2, no repair, no phone, vague emails about "many hours" of work by technicians which are not credible. It's sat on a pile of phones somewhere and they are stalling.
I ordered a refurbished iphone 5s from this store. The phone was delivered very quickly and it is in very good condition, as advertised. I haven't had any issues but, as I haven't had to send anything back to them, I can't really comment on post-sale service. My 5 stars are simply for the ease of the purchase and the (as yet) condition of the refurbished phone.
My phone arrived yesterday after 17 working days and a lot of stress. Unfortunately I did not read all the reviews first as the company was recommended by one of the very few customers who had a good experience. When my phone failed to be dispatched within the promised 7 days I read the reviews and started to panic that I may not receive my phone or a refund. Emails to customer services ignored and impossible to get through on the phone. I eventually received notification that my phone had been dispatched half an hour after managing to get through to them on the phone and threatening further action. It arrived the following day. Very happy with the phone, an iPhone 7 in good condition. It s like new and so far no issues with it. Personally I would never purchase a phone from this company again as their customer service is diabolical and I have zero confidence that if anything does go wrong with my phone it would get sorted.

What's there to say? It arrived well before it was due. The phone was in exactly the condition described, charged up. After a quick sim change from my old phone, I was operational. Couldn't have been simpler. I saved a few hundred pounds too!

Horrendous experience. After waiting over 4 weeks for the delivery and getting responses via email which solved nothing, I have cancelled the phone I ordered. Its now 14 days since the cancellation and no money back. Feel like I have been majorly ripped off!!! I will taking this matter to trading standards and to court if I need to. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! The good reviews on trust pilot must be faked.
Further update to this - my refund was promised by 20-11-18, over 14 days since my cancellation request. I cannot understand why this company are so inept. Will be contacting trading standards today.

Do not purchase from Quick Mobile Fix! What an awful experience, I do not normally leave reviews but can only hope that you read this one before ordering I only wish I had read into them before I ordered. When I placed my order I was told this would take up to 7 working days which is already a long time to begin with however gave them a chance, long story short extremely poor communication and customer service, I was told after I had chased this item twice that it would probably be another 1-4 days on top of it already being overdue twice over, absolutely awful, now I will have to fight a battle of getting my refund and don't expect this to be an easy fight I really can not stress how much you should avoid these! I have not even had an apology really poor company can't believe they are trading the way they are!

I had no trouble choosing a phone the shop made it easy but would have liked more choices for a I phone 6 plus when putting through my order I made a mistake I thought it could have been more clearer I put my post code thinking that was was wanted but I did it wrong which caused a ploblem as it would have been delivered to the wrong address the trouble began when I was unable to put it right when I couldn t get intouch with them on the phone which would have solved the problem very quickly but I had to do it by leaving messages that took for ever and resulting in the parcel beings delivered to me which I then had to pay for it to be delivered myself which was a lot more money as it was going to another country I know that this is a long winded explanation but if they had a decent phone operation this would have been settled very easily my complaint is with the phone explanation I know they tried to help me but again by email the young man named Luke tried very hard if it wasn t for the phone problem it would have been 5 stars Please get a decent phone answering service it would save you and your customers a lot of trouble Thankyou

These guys are incompetent and don't care about decent service. If I could give them zero stars I would. I had an iPhone 5 with a faulty chip on the logic board which I had diagnosed by a repair shop in Edinburgh. I was told these guys could fix it so I sent it to them on April 10th with the details of the diagnosis telling them that the problem was on the logic board. On April 17 they replied to me saying there was a problem with the battery. I wrote back saying no, we had that tested and the battery was brand new. On April 24 they replied syaing they'd done further tests and it was the charging port. Again I told them the port was brand new and the problem was on the logic board. On April 28th they finally figured out what it was and emailed to say they were awaiting parts and there would be a 4-7 day delay. On May 9th they emailed to say they couldn't fix the phone and would be returning it. On May 22nd I emailed to ask where my phone was. Turns out they lost it sending it to me. It took them until July 13th - nearly 2 months later and over 3 months since I sent the phone to them to eventually get back to me to to say they couldn't find it and they would be sending me a "like-for-like replacement" for my broken phone. I have asked them to just pay me the value of the phone in its broken state. That saves them finding an exact like for like replacement (lord knows how long that will take them), posting it to me, then me selling it for scrap value and having to post that off. Yet despite their complete incompetence in diagnosing the fault and in losing my phone and inconveniencing me for 3 months, they're refusing to do even this one small piece of customer service. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Ordered a phone off quick mobile fix on the 6th of June. It is now the 21st of June, 15 days later, and my phone has still not arrived. It took 8 working days for my order to even be shipped. Got in contact with customer support numerous times and each time I was told that my order would be prioritized and shipped that day, but it was only on the third time of asking that this actually happened. I then got in contact with customer support again and they said that my order would definitely arrive by June 19th AT THE VERY LATEST. I told members of staff on a number of occasions that I need the phone ASAP and they assured me the phone would be here within a day or two but this never happened. Whether the phone itself is in good condition or not is a different story, but with the amount of time I have been forced to wait for it I could have got a good phone in a shop anyways, for the same money and with a lot less hassle. Would not recommend this website to anyone as the customer service is awful. Had to give 1 star as could not give none.

Update: Below the company have responded saying sorry for inconvenience and to get in touch, however I have, multiple times. After 14 days they emailed me saying they haven't got a phone which has been tested yet and I need to wait five days for them to test one. Whether it passes these tests is not something they have considered, a month later I am still waiting for the phone which apparently didn't even exist in the first place. I have contacted PayPal for a refund and asked to cancel my order with the company and for my money back. After asking this, someone with a private email (chloe something) emails me on behalf of quick mobile fix (honestly it's like this company is run by a group of school kids passing around information without any concerns about the legalities) saying someone will contact you in the next 24 hours. Two days later here I still am waiting, a few hundred pound shorter and phoneless. Stay away.
Don't be enticed by the decent prices on their website - I ordered a phone but it never arrived after 10+ working days so I asked for a refund as I couldn't wait any longer. I then waited 14 working days for the refund to be processed. I emailed 3 times and went onto the live chat..no response. I was then emailed to say I would have to wait a further 20 days for the refund to be processed due to banking system even though they can afford (and have the time) to keep running Google Ads 24/7. A terrible customer experience..still no phone, no refund and no way for me to call someone at their end to explain why this is a problem.

I paid 150 euro for a Samsung S6. I was told it would be 10 working days. No arrival.. Then asked to wait more working days that were always interrupted by weekends.. No arrival.. Then I requested a refund which I was informed was 14 working days.. The day prior to the proposed refund day I enquired was my phone on the payments list to which I was reminded of the 14 day refund time.. The day arrived.. No arrival..THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED EMAILS SINCE THIS. The time span on this Is from 24th September until today 4th November and ongoing. They have effectively stolen my money which was not earned easily as a single working parent with many overheads.. (I know same as many others..). So effectively I have made a purchase from a observably fraudulent company. I only wish I had read the reviews prior to my purchase but I hadn't time as I desperately needed a phone.. Or so I thought.. As it stand I am still using an old phone with no battery life and no speakers kindly loaned to be by a friend as I cannot afford another phone at this point.

BASICALLY they take your money as soon as you place the order, takes weeks to deliver, they are awful to correspond with, and are just out to get your money with no interest in anything else.

Having seen the one star reviews on Google, and having ordered a phone in time for Christmas I became extremely worried I'd made the wrong decision. However, as promised the phone was dispatched within seven days and arrived the next day by courier. Initial impressions are good, the phone is as good as new. I've yet to turn it on to ensure its in working order hence only getting 4 stars. However these will become five once it's be established it's working fine. In conclusion, there are some awful reviews on Google, but for me I can only say I'm satisfied with the service, definitely worth a punt.

Honestly awful experience, ordered a phone and when it arrived the screen was glitchy. Returned it over two months ago and still not had a refund despite endless messages and emails. Ordered a second phone as soon as I'd returned the first (thinking I'd get the first refund back no problem), the battery died so quickly so returned that too and am waiting on this second refund too. When asked on the online chat when my refund would be processed I was spoken to very rudely by staff. Will not be buying from quick mobile fix again.

Delays, delays, delays. This is all you will hear from QMF. Took 24 days to get my phone and even then I only got it due to threatening them with Trading Standards, my Credit Card fraud team and legal action. I don't know if the emails were lies or just really bad customer service. No updates given until chased and the order tracking on the website never updates.
I have a feeling that QMF sell unstocked items and then look to buy those items only after receiving the money. The company needs looking at by Trading Standards as something isn't right with them.

I ordered at phone on 3/4/20, I had a confirmation email so I thought great nice and quick. We re now on the 5/5/20 and still no phone and despite emailing them and getting in contact via twitter, facebook messenger and email they have not bothered to respond or help. When my boyfriend got in touch with them they just said just wait a week just wait a week and here we are now no phone still. This company is shockingly bad. Had a phone for over a month and still no useful communication to explain whats going on. All you get are stalling emails asking the same questions over and over. I would definitely recommend you look elsewhere.

Taking over a month to get payment for my phone and IPad, the site advertises themselves as "fast" payment, they quoted me a price for my items on the 3rd September then after the 5-10 working day period they state on their website as the time it takes to process payment I had to call them to chase this up to be told there is a delay and payment wont happen until the 8th October!
On top of this when I asked them to return my items as they had failed to pay me within the stated timelines I was told that they had already put my item into stock! how they can sell something they haven't paid for yet is beyond me and absolutely terrible service.

Bought a refurbished iPhone 6s. The process was easy and delivery fast. I m giving 4 stars however, as I expected a charger would be included. A genuine refurbished product by definition has a box, charger and warranty. This product has none of that QMF 232714.
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. The speed of the service is good, I received the phone back within a week of posting it. The first problem was that there was gunk all over the screen (which is what I had repaired). Not a massive issue as it wiped off relatively easily but still not what you expect. The main issue is that within a week the screen cracked again! I didn't even drop the phone!! They refused to repair saying it was my fault. The cheap materials they use seem to be the issue. I'd recommend paying a proper company a little bit more and getting it fixed first time round.

Bought based on great reviews of product quality but discovered these guys have no grasp of a transaction. What you actually do is pay for the phone upfront but only get your name on a waiting list. When your phone model becomes available, is fixed and checked you will get it. Of course you should only be asked for a deposit upfront but like i say, they have zero business acumen. Anyway, the ten day dispatch period (check the T&Cs, they have their own ideas of how purchasing should work) isn't honoured because they may not have your phone model in for weeks. Spoke with other customers waiting much longer. Visited the office and asked for the phone, they didn't have it but they do still have my money. Although the transaction is void based on them having nothing to sell me, they think it's a refund which takes ten days for them to process. No grasp of business. Astonishingly, even with this total lack of understanding of UK trading standards, they are very sensitive to criticism. Had a guy called Luke bristling and blushing as i tried to explain the basic concept of a transaction. But they're one of those businesses who think their 'company policy' supersedes common sense so there's no getting through.

Ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy which arrived as described just within the stated dispatch period although I feel that it should be a bit quicker given that you are charged immediately the order is placed. The warranty for the product is more than reasonable given its refurbished.

They received it on the 2nd July for repair and since then i have had no updates what so ever. On the first week it got returned they promised me it would be dealt with urgently, a week later they said its gone to a senior technician and will be sorted within 1-3 days. 3 weeks later they have just emailed me to say it has gone to the senior technician. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. I've used Quick Mobile Fix twice before for a repair and to buy a refurbished phone. The service was fine so I used them again to buy a refurbished iPhone. This time it was a nightmare. I ordered it as a Christmas present - the website promised delivery before Christmas. It hadn't arrived by the 21st so I contacted them to confirm it would still arrive before Christmas. Phone was constantly engaged so I emailed. I received a reply saying pre Christmas delivery was no longer guaranteed.
This began a long period of frustration as the phone was constantly engaged and replies to my emails were generic and ignored my questions. To cut a long story short I cancelled the order as it was pointless if it didn't come before Christmas. I cancelled twice before they acknowledged it by email. Then I received another email saying they had despatched it. I emailed them saying I would be away so unable to receive the delivery. They sent me details of how to return it recommending I use royal mail tracked service. When I returned home after Christmas I found it had been posted through the letterbox - even though the delivery advice said it had to be signed for. I returned the phone immediately and emailed Quick Mobile to tell them and attached the receipt/tracking number.
They signed for it on the 4th January and finally emailed me confirming receipt on the 8th January. They then promised a refund several times via email - it would be 3-5 days, then 5-10 days, then 24-48hrs. They finally started answering the phone the 2nd week of January and promised the same thing. Then I had an email saying there had been some 'errors processing some refunds so they hadn't gone through'. Blah, blah, blah, blah.
The biggest issue here is communication. The phone was constantly engaged from 21st December until mid January and email communication was ineffective. I had to repeatedly repeat my story, the replies were often generic and didn't actually answer my questions, I was asked for my phone number 5 times so they could call me - it never happened.There were over 50 emails altogether! It was so frustrating and stressful. Better communication would have improved the situation no end.
Also I have to say I was clearly being lied to regarding the refund to buy time before having to pay me. I was given so many different time frames for when I would receive it as well as the 'banking error' story. Totally unprofessional - obviously I will never use them again.
Well I wish I could have written a review that was any different to the other 1-star ones but I can't. Despite a cancelled order on 3/8/18 (the 10th day of the dispatch window) because they didn't actually have the phones in that we ordered and an assurance that the refund would take 10-14 working days to process (why?), the refund hasn't been actioned and I've had the the familiar response of them contacting the finance department to investigate. The order number is 181560. My bank says that the refund hasn't been paid back in. I wonder how long this one will take to be sorted? Previous reviews don't inspire me at all, I should have checked first before buying.
Do not buy from this company. Still waiting after nearly 4 weeks. My wife has tried calling only to diacover that the chat service was down, then when trying to call the company directly a message stating that the phonelines were being repaired. I have emailed three times and had generic emails back - if you email over the weekend you get a reply phone will be dispatched beginning to mid this week , if you email on Thursday you get phone will be dispatched today or at latest tomorrow . On the Google review website the responses to reviews: if good - standard reply from owner thank you for your comments, pleased you like our service , if however the review is a complaint, (most are) there is no response from the company. I have never come across a company who on their own website tells you how to identify false reviews, explaining that many bad reviews are likely to be false. I think it is more likely the good reviews are false. This website has scam all over it, I am trying to get my money back ...
Paid an iPhone over 3 weeks ago. They said it would be 10 working days at the very longest. They are now ignoring all correspondence. What is heartbreaking is that it is my main present for my 10 year old son and I don t know what to do. I More
Ordered iPhone 6 for my son on December 4th, they took the money straight away, they said allow 5-7 working days for delivery, the phone never arrived, contacted them numerous times, they sent the same e-mail, about order being delayed, the fact is they never had a phone to sell. Cancelled order, when I knew I wasn t getting it before Christmas. Eventually got my refund today. Also there phone is constantly off the hook, do I need to say anymore, very stressful experience.
I sent my phone away and within 9 days I had it back with a brand new screen replacement, cheaper and faster than apple would have done it and also with a stronger screen, thanks guys :)
Absolutely appalling. If i could give 0 stars i would. Ordered a phone was told 7-10 working days for delivery. Nothing after a month despite numerous emails. Then cancelled again was told 7-10 working days for refund. Told i would receive a refund 40 days later. 41 days later still no refund. Will contact trading standards as false advertisement & keeping money from customers. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.
i ordered an iphoneSE and it came as ordered. Only reason for no 5 starts is that the battery on it was quite old - around 85% of its as-new charge - and this wasn't stated in the description. QMF ID 218356
Be warned! Avoid this company irrespective of whatever deals they appear to offer. I have endured my worst experience ever with an online retailer in dealing with QuickMobile Fix. Firstly the phone I paid for did not actually exist- weeks of waiting. Eventually demanded a refund. Further weeks of waiting & being constantly fobbed off by non- committal emails. So, I took legal action and sent a claim via the Small Claim s Court and only then did I receive my refund. All in all, best part of two & a half months since my unfortunate original order. My next step was to report them to Trading Standards which I may still do. They are the worst kind of cowboy outfit. Stay well clear.
Ordered a samsung S8 plus last month on the day of arrival i emailed them asking if my phone had even been shipped and then, then they told me they didnt have the right colour of phone in so i picked another one they told me they would either post it that day or the nect few days a week went by i still had no phone. So i asked for a refund they said i would have it within 10-14 working days them days soon came along still no refund so i emailed them and they said in the next 3 working days so should of gone in on friday 6 july 2018 oh and iv still not had my 499.99 refund im fuming and something needs to be done about it and if i dont have my refund then i may have to take it further anx get perfesional advice because its a lot of money to be losing out on! Until i have had my refund this will stay on!
