I have tried to buy an Iphone8, it was at a good price. After waiting 10 WORKING DAYS the phone does t arrive. I chase and they promise me they would deal with a order ad a priority. After 4 WORKING DAYS I chase again and they say they are dealing with it and to wait. I really needed a new phone so I decided to cancel the order, the waiting time to receive my REFUND was 14 WORKING DAYS (Very weird). I waited and waited and now they haven t paid and don t answer my email!!!! THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY!!!!
I will definitely report them to SMALL CLAIMS COURT.
