This company is the worse company i have dealt with..... my mum bought my daughter a phone from them it took weeks to arrive. Then it started flickering was sent back for repair... they want to charge for new battery and new screen when there was nothing wrong with them. It was posted back in bubble wrap and was fine( appart from flickering) they wanted nearly 200 for a repair (when stull under warranty) we just asked for the phone to be returned. But weeks later they still have it. DO NOT USE THIS company be warned

I bought an iPhone secondhand from the website, the phone arrived in good time and was in mint condition. It has been working beautifully for the past 4 months without problems. I am not an intense user and a second hand phone is a good option if you've got the upfront cash.

I placed an order for an iPhone 6s 8th August for my daughter s birthday which is on 15th August. It doesn t say on the website that it will take 10 working days to arrive! We are currently in Spain on holiday and I ve had to put up with my daughter crying her eyes out and me sending numbers emails to them to be told wait 10 working days before I contact them! This is unacceptable and has completely ruined what should have been a nice holiday visiting my best fryqns goddaughter!
I ve spent literally hours on the phone trying to get through to them once the phone lines open at 9am.

FUMING AND CONTACTED BANK SO I VE GOT A EMAIL READY TO FILL OUT IF THE PHONE DOESN T COME IN TIME SCALE. I am covered by my bank and I paid by Visa Debit card. Anyone else that bought this way would be covered too.

Received an email stating that I wasn t told a phone would be shipped out either Thursday (today) or tomorrow. Representative seemed fine when he initially called AFTER I wrote review on here but now am being told AGAIN to wait the 10 working days!
I certainly wouldn t recommend this company at all. Complete lack of communication and the only way that seems to get any response is to write a review on here.
AGAIN I M FUMING and will get a refund via MY bank and not Quick Fix if the phone is not despatched by tomorrow!

DO NOT BUY FROM QUICK MOBILE FIX. I ordered a phone on 14 December 2020 WITH A 10 DAY dispatch window, it has still not arrived (2 February 2021 - 34 WORKING DAYS) or even been dispatched. I HAVE BEEN STALLED TIME AND TIME AGAIN WITH EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE (from Covid, to stuck in quality check to failed quality check). I've been promised it in 10 days, another week, next week, and then 5 days!

After so many deadlines being missed I have requested a refund and now they say that's going to take 14 working days. They say they had the product in stock but I don't believe them. They have broken their contract with me. THEY HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER 34 WORKING DAYS!.

TIP: If you have to buy from them use a credit card so you can at least claim a charge back if they fail to deliver.

Hi my mum has ordered aa iphone 6s as a xmas present for me on the 28th and it still hasnt came.

Order number 207744 - STILL can't review my daughter's Christmas present because we've never received it, nor have I had anything other than 'holding' emails in response to my urgent enquiry before Christmas. I ordered in good time, 2nd December, the phone was dispatched on 13 December and has since disappeared without a trace. Come on, Quick Mobile Fix, offer me an explanation and a replacement very, very soon!! Luckily my daughter is level-headed enough to be taking it well but I'm pretty disappointed for her.

Fast delivery, amazing service, great quality phone. For people who can t afford brand new, we bought an iPhone 6 only a few scratches on the back of the phone but nothing a phone case could fix, it s amazing.

I've sent my Motorola One due a crack screen, I called them many times and they didn't reply to the phone many times. On the web site they say "repaired in max 48hr", they sent me back it after a month. When i received my phone the next day there was a small crack under the screen, when i told them about it, they offered to repair it but after they ask me to pay for something that not was a my fault. I paid for a broke phone.

Ordered a phone back in November and later decided I didn't want it, emailed them and they emailed me back straight away saying that ny refund would be processed and back into my account within 14 days. Well, 4 months and many emails later I still haven't recieved my money. Although the useless muppets sending me emails have given me around 3 seperate dates on when it should have been processed, these have turnt out to be false. I suspect they are hoping that I will just forget and they can keep my money, well that's not going to happen. These are using illegal standards and the customer service is dreadful. They don't even deserve 1 star, hopefully this company eill go bust in the near future as this is what they deserve. All of their 5 stat reviews are fake accounts, no one could possibly be satisfied with these criminals.

Horrifying service. If you're after a phone only- give it a go. I ve purchased a refurbished iPhone 7 with a complete bundle and the phone itself works, but that's about it. It comes with a years warranty which is a plus. However, the headphones are faulty. Paid extra just to carry out two month's worth of returning to no avail. Took three tries (and counting) and they send back the same busted set each time.

Also need to improve on the customer helpline as calling them you expect to be on hold for around 30 mins before hearing a human. E-mail expect three days replies.

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 6 from QMF - the product is excellent and is pristine as described. However dispatch took 15 days longer stated which was very annoying as my previous phone was broken. I contacted QMF several times to chase up and their customer support was very good. Overall I would use QMF again but be wary over delivery timescales.

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Do NOT purchase a phone from these people. They take your money, weeks go by, and no phone. Their contact phone number does not work. If you complain, you will receive a series of emails from the company claiming that there is an issue with the phone and that they are fixing it as quickly as possible. This will go on for weeks (if you are as naive as me) before you finally realise this is a scam and are then forced to seek recourse with your bank to recover the funds taken from you. Save yourself the hassle and stay away!

Phone arrived quickly and looked as good as new. Have had no problems with it so can't comment on repair service. It is supposed to be guaranteed for a year and although I don't envisage having any problems I would have liked some paperwork to state this.

Do not use at all! They've had my sons phone for repair for over a week when the website advertises a 48 hour fix. I contacted them 4 days in, only to be told no-one had even looked at it and it'll be another 1-2 weeks. I asked for a refund and the device back but they're not even doing that now. After ordering a phone on the 3rd of December for a Xmas present, I was repeatedly promised it s delivery. This never materialised. I was then promised a prompt refund. This also did not materialise. Had to reclaim money back via PayPal. Never ever use this company. They lie about delivery and don t pay refunds. Go buy from Apple - it s slighly more expensive but at least they are trustworthy.

It took 3 weeks for me to receive my phone when it was supposed to take 7 working days tops. I was constantly promised the phone would be sent the next day but it took 2 weeks.

Once I d finally received the phone, I charged it up to full battery before letting it run down over the course of the day. Once it ran out of battery, I recharged the phone; however, despite it clearly turning back on (the phone rings when called) the display screen will not show no matter what I do. The screen is totally blank despite the phone being on and isn t at all functional, within 24 hours of the phone being delivered. On the packaging, it clearly reads that the phone is fully functional. I will now have to send the phone back, get a refund and start the whole process again, hopefully with a company that actually works.

This is by far the worst phone company I have ever used and I'm surprised it is still in business!! I ordered a phone over a week ago and despite the business being called "quick mobile fix" there was nothing quick at all about this service. I then requested to cancel my order and was told the cancellation team would contact me within 24 hours funnily enough no one made effort to contact me. I contacted them again the following morning and was told they had received my cancellation request and the guy would be in touch within 24 hours ....8 hours later I receive an email to say the goods have been despatched!!!! I have tried calling and emailing and have had no return. I shall be taking this useless phone company to a small claims court to ensure I receive my money back!!! Stay clear!!!!

After they had it for three weeks they assessed it and found they could not repair that type of phone. It was sent back to me with the promise of a refund three months ago. In spite of repeated reminders, they still have not refunded my payment.

Ordered an iPhone X almost three weeks ago. I've been emailing the company asking where my phone is, they don't respond for days on end (they don't have a phone line you can call) and when they do, they say it's delayed but can't tell me when it will arrive. I ask to cancel my order, email again goes ignored. I use the 'live chat' on their website which half the time is unavailable, and am told that my refund has been confirmed. Yet I've had no proof of this refund, which apparently will take another 3 weeks anyway. Absolutely USELESS company, one of the worst I've ever come across.

Purchased a "pristine" model which took ages to arrive (much longer than quoted lead time). I experienced issues with the screen right away and sent it for repair, they didn't even replace the screen despite my exact description of the issue and a request to replace. Of course, customer services didn't care. I was rejected a refund despite 3 months of messing around. Wasted 2 months worth of payments on my phone contract without compensation.

they have now offered to replace my device but won't tell me what with. i imagine it will probably be august by the time i get the replacement. First order was in march.

I hope anyone considering buying from this website will see this review as i urge you to go elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Bought a used iPhone 7. Good price, came reasonably quickly, good condition, 12 month warranty - happy customer.

I would recommend Quick Mobile Fix the order came when it was supposed to so I was pleased with that and the phone itself is great. However I would say the only negative I can give is lack of communication between you and Quick Mobile Fix, there isn t any communication until you know of when your order has been dispatched. So if you re somebody who needs to know everything at all times it would be a negative for you, but apart from that great service

Ordered iPhone 6+ 139.99 took ages to come had to email them twice when received faulty sent back they received it said it would take 7 days to post back 7th October 2019 then amazon lost phone would not refund until amazon investigates 21.1.2020 no refund ignoring messages delayed me over 120 days so now my back can't claw money back thieves don't entertain this company will take money fine but will never refund if you experience this contact your bank with out delay recall your money they are scammers I am now going to visit shop will not give up some one will pay me back

I have received absolutely appalling service from Quick Fix Mobile. The supposedly grade A refurbished iphone clearly wasn't as the screen didn't work fully. Sent for a replacement; but no replacement received within the SLA's stated by them. Constant emails using delaying tactics to avoid processing a refund. This has been going on for weeks. I am now going through PayPal for a refund.

I have no idea how QMF have had so many good reviews but it's making me distrust Trustpilot.

I never bother writing reviews but this company had my Ipad mini for 3 weeks when apparently they repair all devices within 48hrs, I eventually got an email to say that they were unable to repair it and when I received my Ipad after nearly 4 weeks the screen wasn't connected properly and was loose. Every employee I spoke to told me that it would be looked at within the next 24hrs and this went on for weeks before it was, they now want me to send it back so they can spend weeks examining why it wasn't put back together properly which I'm not willing to do, all items should be checked thoroughly before posting back to customers this is standard procedure for this type of business. I wasn't offered any sort of compensation or refund for the inconvenience and customer service is terrible, I would definitely never use again, they don't even deserve 1 star !

I needed a phone my for daughter so I ordered an iPhone 5s, The phone arrived very quickly and I was very pleased with the condition, worked straight away easy to set up and just downloaded the latest software for the phone. I would highly recommend Quick Mobile AAA+. Oh and my daughter is very pleased as well so thank you very much.

Bought an iPhone 6 64gb, didn't come the next working day despite them heavily promoting it on their website and the screen was completely unresponsive so I sent it back only for it to be fixed and sent back over to me slightly fixed. The screen would mostly still notwork but sometimeswould jump in and out of working.

Wouldn't really recommend buying from this company but if you do, be ready for a 70% chance of getting a device that's faulty.

I have Quick Mobile Fix four times now and would recommend the. Only once did I have a problem as the phone came back with the screen not working, however it was quickly fixed and sent back in working order.

Avoid at all costs, they scam people and they tried to get my review removed from Trust Pilot

What an awful experience with Quick Mobile Fix. Ordered a phone three months ago that never turned up. After eventually being told they were going to refund us, surprise surprise the money never turned up.

When you call it's difficult to get hold of someone. When you eventually get through they won't ever put you through to a decision maker. I was told, "if you aren't happy then take us to court". Alternatively Quick Mobile Fix you could just do the right thing and pay me the money you have stolen from me.

You have since reported this review as you don't believe it is genuine, presumably to get the review removed. Nice try, it is a genuine review, my order ID is 210214, now please pay me the

Edit - 20/03/2019 - After previously having been told that the money would be refunded on 17th Feb, then 27th March and now 19th April, I had the unpleasant experience of speaking to Adam who said - "you told me last time you were going to take us to court, I'm surprised you haven't done it already". He also insists that they haven't stolen my money despite not giving me a refund and changing the date every month. Honestly they are an absolute joke of a company and should be ashamed as they are ripping off hard working people.

bought phone for my daughter. and had screen repair on a seperate ocassion. great service and quick and free return delivery.
cant believe some of these reviews as time frames are only guide lines. if you are paying for sending or delivery on certain dates etc i could understand but when its free and all repairs are estimated on what you tell them it can obviously be longer when they get it and find something else wrong.

This is my 2nd time buying a phone from quick mobile fix, the phones are top quality, the order can take up to 2 weeks, i don't mind the wait as I know I'm getting a good reliable phone !!!

I have previously purchased 2 phones from quick mobile fix and they were always delivered within 3 days and that is to the Scottish highlands. Phone always fantastic with no problems and great value for money however. ......my daughter purchased a phone last weekend 29th June money left account on 1st july and nothing since. Been trying to call and always engaged which I think frustrated people more. Send numerous emails but no answer. Order no 176167. I have recommended this company to Lots of people 5 at least have gone ahead and bought from them with no problems but very frustrated that we have this problem and can't speak to anyone. Tracker says order is still processing and has been like that since Sunday.feel really let down.

I ve been waiting for refund for months and months from this company return the phone as they asked , I keep being told my refund is coming 10 to 14 days three days 24 hours five days, do not use this company !!!
Looks like I ll be going to trading standards and asking the bank to try and recover my money 65 days and still no refund.

I have had 2 phones form this company, and the first phone, though late, was excellent. On that basis, I bought my partner a phone for her birthday - and the experience has been shocking. As expected the phone took several days to arrive, but that wasn't a problem. However, as soon as we stated to try to use the phone we had problems - the screen just would not respond to input. We therefore sent the phone back and were told that it would be repaired or replaced wihtin 5 working days. 5 working days came and went, nothing. So I contacted them again " I'm sorry Sir, we will look into this and get back to you wihtin 3 working days" 3 working days came and went, still nothing. So I contacted them again " I'm sorry Sir we will look into this immediately and get back to you within 24 hours" . 48 hours later and - surprise surprise - nothing. Phone calls get cut off immediately I select the option to speak to a customer services advisor, on line chat is always "off-line" - there seems no way to get this company to give a substantive reply, much less get my money back. Next time I will definitely shop elsewhere.

Ordered a reconditioned iPhone 5s from quick fix mobile. Speedy delivery, phone arrived in immaculate condition, no problems at all. Very happy customer- would recommend
