I want to put ZERO stars but it won t let me! Terrible service. Ordered on the 30 Nov as a Christmas present. It was delayed and when my son opened it at Christmas it was not in the condition promised. We returned it for replacement which took about 3 weeks. Unfortunately there was a fault with the volume up button so promptly returned again. As we lost faith we asked for a refund and are still waiting for this. So now this is 2 1/2 months without a working phone. I was promised my refund would be with me by close of play today and shockingly it isn t. I will be back in contact with them tomorrow. Over 30 emails so far and counting. I ve bought used phones before and never had such poor service.
