Took 86 days to replace a LG G5 phone screen, could have done it myself in 1 hour. No doubt they will be on here sharpish defending themselves, if only they could do such a simple repair as quickly.
Every week they were stating awaiting parts when I emailed them, they promise you a date they will arrive, only when that date arrives they would state parts not arrive or wait till next week or parts are not good quality from their supplier. You're a mobile phone repair company you should be on top of this and keep parts in stock for such popular phones!
Then there was one week when they were so adamant to get my Google account details so they could access the phone, the phone was restored when I sent it to them so they were not required. I gave up in the end and gave them my Google account details and in reply they stated they don't need them as the phone was restored when they received it!
They just use the same excuses. Two days before I received my phone back again they stated awaiting parts, then one day later they email me to say the phone is on its way back to you. No apology or anything for making me wait 86 days, which is no way near the 1 to 2 day they advertise.
Seriously this company does not have a clue. I will keep an eye on the reply, no doubt it will be the customers fault somehow just as their replies to other negative reviews left.
Update: In response to QuickFixMobile response, you tested the phone when you received it and on your repair tracker on the same day you stated that there was no faults other than the phone cracked screen. Still even if you did carry out the 'extra' work as a good will gesture why did it take 80+ days to get hold of a replacement camera part? Which planet did it come from?

I ordered an iPhone 7 from website but after 2 weeks phone still hadn t arrived.
I cancelled order after waiting nearly 2 hours on hold, refund was organised as of 31/07/19 but I am yet to receive my refund I have had to email twice now regarding refund got a reply saying I had to wait 14 working days, as it s now exceeding 20 days, and as of yet still not received it.
I will need to now take legal action to get my own money back, very poor service indeed.

MISLEADING COMPANY NEVER TRUST THEM
We ordered a pristine reconditioned iPhone 7 for my sons Christmas. It was his first phone and therefore his main Christmas present.
We ordered it on 3 December online, noting the 10 working day delivery window.
I spent hours on the phone - most of the time to be cut off before speaking to someone.
When I eventually got through it was one fob off after another.
Eventually we were notified it would be delivered Christmas Eve. Having already made plans and not being able to wait in - we had no alternative but to order another one from elsewhere on 24 hour delivery.
Quick Mobile said it would be hassle free to return the unwanted device.
LIES.
I sent it tracked special delivery. They initially said it hadn t been received by them.
Now they have received it but getting robbed off for the finance director to approve a refund.
Avoid this lot like the plague. Watch the space, I m off to the newspapers.

After taking up their invite to contact them - I did, on top of the 23 previous times.
Asked a direct question 5 times and have yet to receive an answer.

Do not buy from these people! Any refurbished phone will not contain original eg. Apple components. It will be cheaper 'not supported by apple' components.
Bought an iPhone x earlier this year for my son. He dropped it broke the screen, claimed on my insurance and took it to an apple shop to be repaired....... They would not repair it because the screen, back of phone and some internal components were not original apple components. They were a 3rd party not apple components.

I would advise anyone considering using QMF to reconsider. I ordered on the basis of next day delivery on 10th december 19. I was then told by email it would be 5 to 7 days. After 7 days i was told 10 days. They then decided to be honest, that doesnt happen very often with them, and told me it was unlikely to be delivered until after Christmas. At this point I asked to cancel the order and have a refund. I wad told the order was cancelled and i would get my refund in 14 days. After 14 days I emailed, they didnt reply, I then received a message saying my mobile was out for delivery. I emailed and said I didn't want it as I had bought one elsewhere. When ups came to deliver I refused delivery and the delivery man said it would be back with them in the morning. He filled in the apropriate paperwork. They then sent an email saying they had received the phone back in the warehouse and were checking it!!! My refund may take a little longer whilst they check it. I emailed after a week. They said there would be no refund as they didn't have the phone. So I've turned to my bank to deal with it. Don't deal with them they are not untrustworthy.
I had a very bad experience with QMF recently. I ordered an IPhone7Plus but had to cancel the order in a few days. I called the customer service to cancel it. The gentleman said it will be cancelled and I will receive a confirmation by email. However having not received the cancellation confirmation for few days, I sent an email which was acknowledged and said order is cancelled and refund will be issued in 14 working days.
Bear in mind that the product was not dispatched after 5 days of placing the order.
I never heard of a refund to take 14 days, that too working ones. Today is the 23rd day ( and 14th working day i.e. excluding three bank holidays and three weekends) and I have not received a refund yet.

I even asked in an email to send me the link to the page where this 14 day refund policy is located, the reply was a blatant 'please view the terms an condition on our site' and this does not exist in the website.

Truly disgraceful. Do not believe their commitment to a 24-48 repair. Sent my Samsung S7 edge in for a screen repair on the 5th September 2017. The first repair took 21 days. After they claimed to have rigorously tested the device, they had in fact botched the repair and it had a red line down the screen. I naturally returned the phone and they still haven't repaired my phone (now the 13th Oct). Despite multiple calls to customer services and assurances it is going to be on its way...it has all proved a lie. Stay well away.

What a load of rubbish never using them again cant deliver phone. Still waiting for a refund said within 14 working days still no luck.
I ordered a refurbished phone from Quick Mobile Fix and after waiting two weeks for the order to be delivered I cancelled and purchase the phone from another firm.
When I tried to cancel they suddenly shipped the order, so upon receipt, I took the unopened parcel back to their offices in person and requested a full refund, they advised the refund would take 2 days, after chasing they advised all refunds take 10 to 14 days to process (despite me taking the phone back in person). Now after 16 days Quick Mobile Fix have confirmed they have a system error in the Finance Dept and the refund will take another 2/3 days.
If I were you and require an honest and fair customer experience I would most definitely use another firm.

If I could give it no stars I would. First of all the it took over a month to after being guaranteed 5-7 days. During this time it was almost impossible to get through to the company as the line is somehow always busy, with no option to wait on the line. It is the worst mobile repair site I've seen in my 37 years of life, the worst, it tells you your screen will be repaired in 48 hours and today a month ago, they are scammers without any doubt and do not answer the emails, they are the worse
I have bought two so-called refurbished iPhones from this company. One of them took over a week to arrive because it turned out they were out of stock. They were in superficially excellent condition but had technical faults, so had to go back for repair. One came back in working order and is fine, but not the other. It is now back for a third time with another promise of a proper quality check before dispatch, or replacement. They would not honour the 30-day promise to change the model, even though I had not been able to use the phone since purchasing it. I felt this was incredibly unfair and inflexible but they wouldn't budge. I have wasted hours on the phone and going backwards and forwards to the post office.
I thought the principle of a refurbished phone was that it would work properly...
I had an iPad screen repair done and that went ok.
Overall customer experience has been disappointing and I am still waiting to hear about the on-going repair. Grrr

Really poor customer service. Bought a refurb ipad2 it said good condition but had scratches all over it. Returned it end Dec its now nearly March and im still waiting for a refund even though the company boasts about its 14 day money back guarantee. I asked trading standards what to do...they advised chargeback through my bank so that is in progress now.
I have never had to take a company to the retail ombudsmen but unfortunately that is the situation now as Quick Mobile Fix promised an Iphone 8, which I paid for, it was not sent within the days promised (as they did not yet have one) and so I asked for a refund which was confirmed to given within 14 working days. This time has now elapsed and they will not respond to my emails. I really would recommend strongly not to deal with this company as it seems to be very hit and miss.

If there was a negative it would be the delivery time. However this was within what is stated on the website and communications with the company when I queried it were very fast.
