We ordered a pristine reconditioned iPhone 7 for my sons Christmas. It was his first phone and therefore his main Christmas present.
We ordered it on 3 December online, noting the 10 working day delivery window.
I spent hours on the phone - most of the time to be cut off before speaking to someone.
When I eventually got through it was one fob off after another.
Eventually we were notified it would be delivered Christmas Eve. Having already made plans and not being able to wait in - we had no alternative but to order another one from elsewhere on 24 hour delivery.
Quick Mobile said it would be hassle free to return the unwanted device.
LIES.
I sent it tracked special delivery. They initially said it hadn t been received by them.
Now they have received it but getting robbed off for the finance director to approve a refund.
Avoid this lot like the plague. Watch the space, I m off to the newspapers.
***UPDATE***
After taking up their invite to contact them - I did, on top of the 23 previous times.
Asked a direct question 5 times and have yet to receive an answer.
AVOID THIS LOT LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
