If I could give it no stars I would. First of all the it took over a month to after being guaranteed 5-7 days. During this time it was almost impossible to get through to the company as the line is somehow always busy, with no option to wait on the line. When I did get through the customer service agent was extremely r ude and unprofessional and they completely misinformed me about the where about my order. Eventually when my phone came and the touch screen and charging port work! Now I am unable to get through to there customer service line and they have failed to reply to any email I have sent.

I am truly appalled by this disgrace of a company please do not buy from quick mobile fix!

Now I have received the handset and It is faulty, I have returned it and they have not refunded me and they are not responding to any of my emails, plus i am unable to get through on there telephone line.

If you you are thinking of buying from this business, please think again they are completely fake and unprofessional. I have never had an experience like this in my life.
