8 working days so far and no phone received.Email from them after I had contacted them ..to say I was still within the 5-7 days it takes to dispatch..which I am not,I am now on day 8!Understandably things can be delayed but I should of been notified of any delay which I was not!If the situation changes and I miraculously receive my phone I will update my review.*Update*the phone eventually arrived after 1 month. Order was placed 25th June it arrived 26th July.It is now not working at all..It was used for 2 weeks!It is displaying the Apple logo and won't power on.I rang 4 times nobody answers..sent 2 e-mails about my broken phone and no reply.My teenage son wasted over 160euro on a rubbish phone that took a month to arrive.The word robbers is what comes to mind.Don't waste your money or your time on this sham of a company.They should be closed down!
