What a joke. Order placed 29th July. 16th August still hadn't arrived so cancelled for refund as we were going away for 2 weeks. 17 working days later....still no refund. Phone lines down, online chat a joke (when it's available) and email a waste of time. Have passed to my bank to deal with!
