Ordered an iPhone 7+ from them for a Christmas pre...

Ordered an iPhone 7+ from them for a Christmas present and was told today, 21st December, that I wouldn't receive until the new year now. Luckily I managed to get a higher spec phone, cheaper and delivered tomorrow. I only used Quick Mobile Fix because I had used them before without any problems, so I think they are losing sight of their customer service policy.
