Very poor customer service and rude staff !!

Very poor customer service and rude staff !!
Bought i phone x on the 29th of march and today is 11th April and they still didn t dispatch my phone!!
Called them many times they after being waiting on hold they telling me you need to wait up to 7 working days Again .
I assume they don t have most of the items they calim on their website and they start to find for you a phone .

They excuse they all always give is that they are late because they doing quality control check before they send you the phone .

Every time i call someone different give a different story.

Aware that after you pay they will send you email says that u will need to wait up 7 working days to dispatch the phone .
Though they don t say that on their website before you decide to purchase from them .

Never go and deal with them ( recommended )
Was very bad experience with them .still waiting to refund my money back .which take up to 14 working days !!!!
So i might end up waiting one month to either get my phone or refund.

MISLEADING COMPANY NEVER TRUST THEM
