Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! I saw the poor reviews but ignored them, I thought people had just been unlucky. My mistake!!!.
I ordered a phone which did not arrive within the 5 -7 working days. When I emailed to find out where the phone was I eventually got an email saying give them another 4 working days. I emailed to cancel the phone and received an email within two hours saying a phone had has been dispatched. (They can respond when they want to) the phone arrived two days later. I decided I would keep it, but in their rush to get it to me, they had sent one that was broken and wouldn't charge. I returned it immediately registered post to the address on the envelope. The phone was received on their side within 3 days and signed for. Over 6 weeks later, no refund, any email I send is taking two and three days to be responded to. The phone has gone missing on their end, no one is taking responsibility.. v poor service. Please avoid.
