SCAM, WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!

I was told I will receive payment within 48 hours once the phone is received. It s even advertised on the website. That s false advertising.

The phone line does not work at all. It s on the website you cannot call this company. It s a scam. You cannot run a business with a number that did not work!

I have sent emails after emails. I was then promised I will receive my payment for the phone as it was handed over to the finance team, but still no payment!!!

What is going on???

I need the payment actioned immediately or I will have to take action, I will get in touch with Trading Standards, Citizens advice and the get this reported to BBC Watchdog

BE WARNED IF THE PHONE GOES WRONG AFTER SERVICE BELOW STANDARD

I generally don t write negative reviews because I fell I could just be unlucky and would always give the company time to make amends.
Purchased a phone as a gift iPhone 5, it was on for 3-4 days, one lunch it failed to register my sim. I then made contact with network provider and iTunes after 4 hours it was established that the phone as was fault. I then sent it back and was returned in a week. Picked up the phone and then spent all morning restoring this phone from ITunes only to find there is a processing delay on pressing the buttons and different apps opening to the ones pressed then not all iTunes songs transferring across. After over an hour on iTunes and reverting back to my previous phone it was again established that the phone could be corrupt or have an error.
I was then advised that as its over 14 days which is correct even though the phone has been switched on no more than 4 days I was not entitled to a refund a replacement or any form of compensation (even though checking consumer rights inform otherwise). To make matters worse, I have sent the phone back again as instructed and the phone has been by the company. SO they have the payment of the phone, the phone somewhere and little understanding or willingness to supply a replacement phone

Overall very disappointed and have sent detailed information over to trading standards and to Ofcom. Very disappointed

Had problems with customer service - slow despatch, no communication - eventually tried to cancel my order and go with another supplier - cancellation was confirmed but then phone was despatched so had to cancel order with other supplier. Excellent service- quick delivery and class A condition phone. Fact you get a years guarantee (as you would with a new phone) is amazing. Website is easy to use and informative and they have a huge range of phones. Would 100% recommend, why buy a new phone, so much better for the environment too

DO NOT BUY! This complete is an absolute SCAM. It's been over 6 months since I paid for my phone. I got sent a broken product which I sent back for repair. They had it for 2 months after which I found out the phone doesn't work and they didn't bother to send a new one. Then I called them and they sent a new one, which was the wrong one. I've tried to get it sorted but they kept fobbing me off and asking the same questions over and over again. After another month, I finally received it but it's faulty. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They're refusing to give a refund and won't give me what I paid for.

Friday afternoon: Spent 3 minutes online to complete the deal, including printing off freepost label. 5 minutes to Post Office, job done, relax.

Monday morning: checked website - updated details showed my item as received and allocated to repair technician.

Tuesday lunchtime: checked website, details updated again to show repair completed and iPad dispatched back to me.

Thursday morning: parcel received, very well packaged, perfect repair (no sign that item had been repaired), iPad checked and working.

Oredered a pristine iPhone 8+....Dreadful customer service. Quick to take money but not deliver on their promises. Two weeks and no phone, no real explanation why and obviously covering for the fact they don t have it in stock! On the verge of cancelling but from what I ve read, that will increase the pain! Avoid.

Update....Have now received phone and have to admit that it is immaculate and pristine....just why the tedious wait !

My partner ordered a phone over a month ago.

Took 3 weeks to send after repeated requests for more information on when it would arrive, to which we were given none.

Then when they finally sent it, they left the name, house number and street name off the address. The phone has been lost in transit for a week until we've located it.

Do not use this company. You can't even speak to anyone via phone. They only have online chat and email customer service. Presumably to avoid the torrent of abuse they are deservedly due.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Shocking customer service. Placed order 3 December, no product by 16 February so cancelled order. I was told a refund would be 14 days, which in itself is a joke as transactions are instant. 14 days later nothing, and I'm now told I'll get it by the end of April (it is still the 11 March).

order an iphone se space grey 64gb, after 2 days the phone suddenly froze with a weird green screen with types of lines down it so next day decide to call them it took 1 hr to get on the phone to them final we got on the phone to them and sent the phone back about 13 days ago from the 4/03/19 they sent us an email again about 4 days ago saying they have revived the iPhone. Now just hoping they send me another one that is not damaged however it could of just got damaged in transit but still should have more care if that was the case.

Bought a used phone, was in terrible condition so sent it back which they were gracious about however - they have finally shipped the phone (after over 20 working days as opposed to the stated 5 needed to repair the phone, this adds up to over a month without my phone), they kept fobbing me off and saying they would get back to me but I had to chase up on that too. Now I find out they have shipped the phone to the wrong address (I specifically stated that I was no longer present at this address) and will somehow have to get the phone back from an old address in Germany. Was happy to start off with then they messed me around.

This is without a doubt the very worst company I have ever encountered in my life! Following ordering a mobile phone from them on 7th April for my 10 year old I am STILL waiting . After I dared to question them back in May about the fact I had waited a month for a phone I was promised would be with me in 7-10 days I was told this was perceived as a threat and that my order would be cancelled
. I requested a refund which I was told would be 2 weeks. I am STILL waiting! Over 12 weeks later! AWFUL company who fob you off at every turn and consistently move the goalposts to suit themselves. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Looking into legal action at this point.

The iPad that I ordered was in perfect condition to me even tough their rating was good. It works perfectly and I'm really pleased with it. I have waited so long to get one and not I have I can see why they are so good . If you don't want to pay the earth then get your next iPad from quick mobile fix you won't be disappointed and what's more I'm going to contact them about a screen repair in my old Umi phone so I have a back up phone .

I ordered iPhone 8 for my son - 10 days and no phone . I asked for a refund , they estimated 48 hours to process and then 14 days to receive payment ! I have never known a refund to take that long .
I wish I read all the bad reviews .
I am afraid that this maybe a scam .
I will report this company and take them to court if they do not refund straight away .

I ordered a Iphone X from here, after waiting over a month, i cancelled the order one month later I have now been told it will be another 4 weeks for the refund YOU SHOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, it is amassing how fast the bad reviews are removed

It is hard to imagine that a company can be this bad, and credit cards do not want to be interested in Prosecuting the company either, so try the Trading standers office in REDBRIDGE as they are interested in taking it further

Quick Fix Mobiles DON T BOTHER WITH THEM Paid via PayPal bought a pristine 6 + and a spare charger, took the money and didn t send the phone after five working days got in touch again only to have the same email saying it will be dispatch and we will send an email!!!!!
I have now asked for my money back as they are just leading me on SO LET S SEE HOW WE GET ON, do not trust this firm I have tried the phone number 0208 5000 308 in office hours and no one ever picked up.
I am a pensioner and money short thought I was bettering myself with the big screen scenario, didn t expect this but again some people are out there to take what they can from anyone and they say.

Bought a "refurbished" iPhone 6S Grade A Bundle.

1. False advertisement. (bundle only came with a USB port and screen protector)
2. Very obvious scratchings and markings on the phone
3. Battery is due for replacement
4. Takes a long time to deliver
5. Invoice didn't come with the package (For refund, which I'm glad I hadn't done because they probably would have taken the phone and not give a refund)

Delivery late, spent over an hour on hold when trying to chase this. Absolutely appalling customer service.

As a silver surfer I found it so easy, I had a look at the Quick Mobile Fix web site but already knew which phone I wanted and found some straight away. They were in my price bracket so took a chance ordered the phone I wanted and glad I chose QMF. A very good fast service and the phone works a treat so....Cheers QMF full marks from me.

I paid for an iPhone 7 about 4/5 days ago,I still haven t had my tracking number for my phone. I ve tried logging back into the website but it tells me there s no account with my email address which is abit weird. The money has been taken out of my account but I ve had no confirmation of my phone being dispatched or anything. I m not very happy with this service.

I am super impressed with the service received from Quick Mobile Fix, the phone arrived within 2 or 3 days and so far has been of great quality. It was rated as 'good condition' however there isn't a scratch on it anywhere.

I also had a few queries regarding the phone before and after I purchased it and I had responses within a few hours each time.

I m annoyed actually by google because it comes up as 5 stars when you first see the company, think that is changing now, but these are scammers and should be labelled as such. Ordered my phone a month ago had then had no contact, contacted them said dispatch 3 days .... nothing. Now begins fight to get money back which is such a HASSLE ! Avoid at all costs

I've had a terrible time with Quick Mobile Fix and would warn other potential purchasers to be wary. The first phone I ordered arrived swiftly with no problems. Full marks for that. Unfortunately (for me) I had to exchange the initial phone as it could cope with my iCloud back up. My second purchase has been a nightmare. Twelve days after the purchase I haven't had an update and the phone hasn't arrived. I haven't even been informed that there is going to be a delay. Consequently I have cancelled the order through my credit card company. Very disappointing as the initial impression (via my first purchase) was positive. Overall, I will not be using Quick Mobile Fix again, ever.
