Bought a refurbished iphone 6 from this company I have to say there was a bit of a delay with order and couldn't get colour I originally asked for but once I got it it was perfect condition absolutely brand new looking, well worth wait and money !!!

Sounds like going into store is much easier than online but what a complete farce. I would take up the entire Google page if I went to all the details about how I was treated this company. I sent my phone off in September and I did not have the phone issue fully resolved until late February and dealing with some sort of refund and compensation went on until April! I sent the phone off 5 times and each time it came back there was another issue caused by this company. All because I had a broken screen! The issues were (on all different occasions) speaker distorted, headphone slot broken, microphone in phone broke, phone not clipped back in properly, camera blurry and screen unresponsive in some areas.
I had indicated that I think a phone replacement would solve everything because every time they touched it there seemed to be another issue but they believed that it could still be fixed each time, despite them causing more damage to the phone. I had to go through Ombudsman (even though Quick Mobile Fix declined to work with them) to seek advice. Perhaps due to my naivety I did not purchase/have a spare phone to keep using my SIM and on one occasion they had it I left the SIM in the phone and they had it for over 4 weeks. I tried to claim compensation for my contract but they declined, I was under the illusion that they had a "3 day turnaround" . I only received compensation for the "work" they had done (a screen replacement and speaker, which they did not have in stock but I was not informed until I had made the purchase).
This company went to the bitter end to try and not refund me for the problems they caused and I still do not feel that the phone is the same but I cannot keep sending it back and forth to them for it to be messed up each time.
I am not one to moan and be unsatisfied with customer service but the way Quick Mobile Fix conducted themselves was disgraceful and made me out to be the person in the wrong when I was only looking for a solution to my phone problem.
Take of this what you will be but consider another company before using this company.
Great service! Sent my OnePlus One for the front screen to be fixed on the Monday and was back to me by Friday. Great tracking service on their website as well, very trustworthy. Thank you!
1. I ordered my iPhone 6 and had my time wasted as they told me that my order was coming when it wasn't, so I was waiting at home for no reason. 2. iPhone 6 gets here and it is faulty with a CRACK at the bottom of my screen, it keeps inverting the colours on the screen and rearranging the layout of the screen, ON THE FIRST DAY. 3. They tell me as there are now cracks on the screen, they won't fix it under the warranty.
Dodgy company, they don't care about their customers. Look elsewhere.
The phone was sent through fairly quickly, but the battery was faulty. The battery was replaced free of charge, but I was without a phone for a few more days, and I would have had to pay for the rental phone that was offered. Doesn't seem fair when the phone was supplied faulty.
I've since used them to repair the camera on another phone and the service was excellent then and the price was very competitive.
AVOID!!!!!! WOULD GIVE IT 0 if I could, phone came broke so sent it back in January, been emailing them and trying to go on the online chat to be completely IGNORED asked for a refund as I ve bought a phone some where else for them to email me and try saying the refund time frame is over, even though I been asking for a refund since January!!! AVOID!! Shocking company to deal with!! After 17 days of placing my order still no dispatch confirmed. Subsequently i cancelled my order and waited 14 working days for my reimbursement, which never came! The company doesn't have a contact number listed anywhere on the internet & all correspondence is via email, whereby all emails received are generic.
I ordered a phone on the 10th March and they confirmed it would be dispatched within 7 days. I have attempted but failed on several occasions to contact Quick Mobile Fix to enquire about the dispatch date to no avail. I keep receiving promises of a call or update but almost 17 days after I paid for the phone I am still no wiser as to when i will receive the order.

The name of this Company is wrong. There's nothing quick about it. I ordered a phone, they said it would arrive in 10 days. At least 4 weeks later - still no phone. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. In the meantime I ordered same phone from Music Magpie, NEXT DAY it arrived - that's 'quick'. After 2 MONTHS still no refund (excuse Covid, staff, cold weather, etc). In the end my credit card had to retrieve it for me. Avoid this Company, unprofessional, slow, fibbers. Not worth 1 star.

Ordered a refurbished iPhone and it took 2 and half weeks to be delivered, when it arrived the lcd screen was damaged, i e-mailed them 3 or 4 times with only 1 response. I then tried to call them but I was number 34 in the queue so the only way to get in contact was to call when the opened at 9am. When I finally did get in contact they said they would refund me my full amount once they receive the phone back. I m currently awaiting my refund
Absolutely awful. Complete con artists. I've been waiting 13 days for a refund on a phone I never received due to a late delivery. They never answer the phone. I am making a compliant about them to the OFT and suggest that you avoid these SCAM artists at all costs. I will be travelling to their store as this is the only way I can think yo resolve this. That's over 100 mile round trip for me. Unbelievable. Please please do not use this so called company.
Absolute joke of a company. Took 14 days to receive phone. Phone battery died on the first day. Sent it back and took 3.5 weeks for them to confirm they had received it. I was then told it will be 8 weeks before I receive a refund! I have complained numerous times but have been batted away each time with barely an apology. An absolute disgrace.

Don't bother ordering your phone from here, we ordered a phone on the 7th of March the money was taken from my account on the 8th of March it is now the 27th of March and we were advised yesterday that the phone chosen was not in stock we were offered an alternative which is not suitable, obviously one of there older stock.
we asked them to source an upgrade which they refuse to do we have now asked for a refund which were advised will take 14 days.
by my calculations they have had our money for 5 weeks and we have been without a phone for the same period of time

Sent it on 12th of feb They recived it on 14th of feb Was then told they didnt have the parts on the 18th of feb and would have to wait 4-7 days for them to arrive Told on the 26th of feb that the phone had failed testing. I later found out thay had really orderd the wrong parts. 5th of march was told it failed again?? From now till the 18th of march, called mulitple times and told multiple times i would recive a call from the manager. I found out later the manager had been on holiday for 2 weeks. 18th of march told the parts would be in this week 22nd of march the phone is being fixed again 25th of march the phone is still being fixed because fpr some reason it takes 3 days to repair a phone screen 26th phone is finnaly fix and had been dispached Must have called them 30+ times and emailed about the same. Always getting the same rebotic answers, still havent heard from the manager. Half if not all of the good reviews are fake and have been copyed and pasted. Avoid this company.
This is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with. The company needs shutting down. I ordered a phone for my son's birthday in January, it never arrived. I have since been in contact with them numerous times asking for a full refund, to be promised I will receive it. Still haven't received it. My son ordered this phone out of his own money and we are all so upset that a company can treat people in such a disgusting way. Horrendous company, bad staff. Avoid at all costs!! Not worth any stars whatsoever.
Probably the worst website to order a phone from, phone broke within two days and did not recieve a refund despite it being well over a month and being promised it will be in my account is "2-5 working days" everytime I email them. Do not risk buying from here.

This is seriously the worst company I have ever dealt with. They advertise a 24-48 hour service and then email me saying it'll take up to 7 working days. When I requested the phone back, they wouldn't give a date by when they would actually post it. The staff dealing with the emails were terrible and avoided giving me an answer. They wouldn't let me come pick the phone up either. I tried to call them 3 times, the first time i was on hold 36 minutes before I was cut off, the 2nd time over 1 hour before I was cut off and the third time I managed to get through and finally they told me they would post my phone and I should receive it by the 28th, 1 week after they got the phone. Never again.
Needed new glass for Samsung, the job was done efficiently, and the phone was back with me within 4 days from the time Quick Mobile had received it. The cost was approx. 30% less than I had been quoted by local repairer. I certainly will use Quick Mobile Fix again if the need arises.

Received my new phone quickly. Bit of a mix up with them sending me the wrong case but I returned this and was refunded the next day. Sold my old phone to them and again received my money quickly. This is the second time I have used this company and I have been happy with the products and service.
Not only have they repeatedly broken promises but they've also broken my phone.a straight forward screen replacement has led to 6 weeks without my handset and will still be another 2 weeks I'm sure. Beware. Although customer services seem friendly enough I still have to always chase them for an update. I ordered a phone for my daughters birthday from this company on 13th August it said 7-10 days delivery.. by the 23rd her birthday it still wasn't here and hadn't heard a thing from them, so i rang and canceled the order, they said i can have refund, I'm still waiting for my refund and its now 19th September, i have tried to phone them but you can't get through it just says E mail them, then they don't acknowledge you half the time, they said i would get my money in my account on the 13th but will take 1-3 days to show in my account, guess what no money, Iv had to resort to getting my bank involved and trading standards also know about this terrible company, it appears that Mr and Mrs Emechebe the Nigerian owners seem to take your cash send out broken rubbish phones ( this happened also to my friend ) who waited so long for her phone to arrive that when it turned up it was broken and is currently in the shop being fixed, she didn't want to send it back incase she never saw it or her money again. Ordered an iPhone 6s 64GB, pristine, on Saturday and was delivered the following Thursday, after the standard "we hope to deliver in 5 to 7 days...." email confirming the order. The phone works perfectly and is as advertised, condition as new. And daughter v happy her connection to the world is now restored. What does slightly confuse me is that goods are advertised in such a way that it makes you think that they are there waiting to be sent out - otherwise how would the condition be known, for example? - so you do wonder what happens in the 4 or 5 days between order being received and being sent out.... unless the used phone market has more layers to it than I thought.
Seen some mixed reviews for this company but my experience was excellent. Phone arrived after around 10 days as advised but is perfect and as advertised. Thanks. Would Recommend.
I write this review late. This happened to me last year. As with most other users, I had ordered an Iphone7plus which showed as available on the website. The order went through and I got my confirmation email. However a few days later, I got an email to say it was out of stock and stock will be coming in next week. I waited a week and they still said no stock. I decided to wait further but when I sent chaser emails, still no stock available. There was no telephone number to call and so everything was done via email and live chat. After about 3 weeks I decided to get a refund. I requested the refund and waited but no refund came back to me. I emailed , live chatted and chased again, and received responses from personal workers ie with their names which I thought was great. However email after email I went to chase them, and I kept getting responses that there is a huge backlog and accounts is aware and is dealing with it. I looked at reviews and saw all the bad comments similar to myself and thought I have completely lost my money. I decided to chase every single day which I did for about 4 months and I did eventually get my refund. Hope this review helps others in deciding to buy from this company. If they do have stock, I m sure everything goes smoothly but if not- the aftercare is truly appalling and I m so surprised they are still allowed to trade
Best avoid, there are many others to choose from. Unless you don't mind placing and paying for an iPhone 7 wait the 7 days for a dispatch schedule only not to receive any communication. You then get a response stating that it can take 10 days. After waiting the 10 days, again no communication you send another follow up email that gets a response stating there is difficulty in the company processes it may take 14 days please be patient. Wait another 14 days to then have to write and ask about progress and getting a response stating it may take another 14 days. I then gave up and asked for a refund and I need to wait 14 days for processing.. I'm not holding my breath.. though I may need to wait 30 days and get my credit card company to get the money back. Please if you do use them use a credit card, PayPal may not give the same safe guards.
It is quite amazing that the company responds quickly to a negative review. To be advised to contact customer support kind of implies thatvtherevuew was not read. Yes the customer service respond with a potentially automated scripted response to say... sorry we're having difficulties wait 14 days... Hmmm it's a slap in the face answer.

I ordered an iPhone 6 , 128 gb.over a bank holiday so was surprised to get an email telling me it had been dispatched. Didn't think this was likely, so phoned on the next working day. A very helpful lady confirmed that it hadn't actually been dispatched but was being collected by the courier that morning, they had just got a bit ahead with the paperwork As I had suspected. Not a problem. It was delivered very quickly. Well packed. It was pristine- hard to believe it's refurbished. I'm very happy- good price, fast delivery and excellent service.
Not even deserving of 1 star, terrible experience with QMF. I bought an iPhone 6 and within weeks it had malfunctioned, there were battery issues, difficulties connecting to WiFi and no Bluetooth function. I returned the phone and because there was a small crack in the screen when QMF received it they deemed the warranty invalid (despite this being nothing to do with the issues). When they returned the phone to me after I declined to pay to have the screen fixed (there were no malfunctions with the screen) the phone did not work at all, I was unable to turn it on or do anything. When I tried to part-exchange the phone it was not accepted due to different IMEI numbers used. Correspondence since then has gone round in circles with no compromise offered or considered by QMF. Advice is do not buy from here!

Take a look at the comments below. Its not the first time screens have are getting broken ridiculously easy. There is no doubt in my mind that they are using sub-standard quality for the screen. Mine produced a single hairline fracture from absolutely nothing (not dropped once) shortly after receiving and despite me calling within minutes of getting the phone and letting them know they are still using the shoddy hardware as a get out clause for the warranty. I'm getting them to send my phone back un-repaired, I feel like Ive been robbed and conned.
A real 5 Star service. I sent my ipad off on Thursday and it was back in my hands within 4 days with a weekend in-between. Replacement screen is great and they even gave me a free iPad case. I really cannot rate them high enough and the cost was highly competitive. I wouldn't even think of looking elsewhere ever again if I need a screen replacement!
These people are scammers. They took my money over two months ago for a phone they clearly didn't have in stock. After nine days of emails where they constantly said my order was a 'priority' and I would receive it very soon, I sent multiple emails cancelling my order which they ignored. Eventually they said they had cancelled the order - and then sent out a phone the next day. The phone was terrible, the battery only lasted five hours with no use so I sent it back in perfect condition. They then said they would refund me in 10-14 working days (it takes two hours at most to send a payment from one bank account to another). It is now 16 working days and I have STILL not received my refund. It is TWO MONTHS since they took my money under false pretences. I have reported them to trading standards and have started proceedings through the small claims court but I want to warn others not to deal with them else you will be without a phone and your money.

They have owed me a refund for 4 months. They do not deny they owe me money but still they will not credit it to me. I have sent them over 40 emails and called more than 50 times (no-one ever answers phone calls, not once). They continually do nothing. I have now had to take this up through a lawyer and informed trading standards. I am also using my bank to try to reclaim the money. I have tried to give Quick Mobile Fix the benefit of the doubt but their behaviour is disgraceful. All they do is make excuses and offer meaningless apologies. Buy through them at your peril
Follow up: they have now replied to my initial review. They know full well I have been emailing them everyday to that address with my order number. Their reply is for appearance sake only, to try to give the impression to the outside world that they care about their customers and are not unlawfully keeping my money. Ordered a phone on the 20th April and no communication from the company at all, tried phoning, sent an email and a message on their website and nothing. it is now 2nd May! really disappointed and I used them because they said they were quick and I needed it for my daughters birthday which WAS on to 27th :0( nothing quick about the service, I just hope I don't have to go to trading standards!
Terrible company to deal with. Phone line is nearly always engaged, emails are slow for reply, don t actually answer your question of a delivery date. Ordered 2 iPhones, only when ordered did it become clear that delivery would be 5-7 working days, i chased towards end of that time for an update and they replied with allow the 7 days then After 7 Days I chase for actual answer on delivery to be told Allow upto another 7 days I ring them and eventually get to speak to someone who Guarantees that my phones will be leaving them yesterday or today latest and will get email with confirmation. I have emailed for confirmation today that they are still leaving and no reply, phone always engaged until 4.05pm when I get through to find that they are shut for the day. My bet is that they don t have phones in stock ready to ship, they take your money they keep fobbing you off until they get those phones traded in. If the phones not with me tomorrow then refund and lots more bad publicity

Quick Mobile Fix offer fantastic deals on refurbished phones and tablets. Since I discovered QMF I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for the services they offer.
I sent my iPhone 6s to Quick Mobile on the 1st May, I received an email a few days later stating I would receive the money within 72 hours but guess what....I NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY!!! Despite almost daily phone calls (which take 30-60 minutes each time) and promises every time that the money will be in my account at 5pm each day, I still haven t received my payment! The staff must be trained to lie as they tell me exact times my payment has been processed by BACS every time I call, and promised emails of screenshots to prove they have sent the payment but I have received nothing!! AVOID THIS COMPANY....I have contacted trading standards and am now seeking legal action to either get my money or my phone back which is ridiculous, I have never experienced such a horrendous unprofessional company....THIEVES!!!!!

It has been over 20 working days later and still no refund or no replies to any emails I have sent them. Highly wouldn't recommend, terrible customer service and false advertisement.
Ordered a refurbished iPhone 6 for my boy and it came in very good condition. Was definitely worth the price. The only downside is, it took two weeks to come and it came with no charger just the phone.
Sent my phone in for recycling a month and a half ago 5EE699 with the advertised processing time being 5-10 working days. Still nothing and every time this is chased am told, you will receive payment xxxx at the latest. I ve received the same lie 3 times now with no payment and now won t even respond. You need to pay me or give me my phone back. Don t be fooled by the slightly hiked offer price, use a more reputable company if you re looking to recycle your old mobile.
Honestly, think that getting a phone from a different continent would get here faster and with better service. I've email various times and had the same rehearsed response. Don't recommend, and with the number of bad reviews on google this company has, I don't get how does the website as soo much positive feedback.
Absolutely dreadful service provided I ordered an iPhone 7 on the 28th of June thinking it definitely be here for my 18th birthday on the 14th just to be told the earliest my phone will be dispatched was the 22nd of July this is absolutely appalling customer service is a joke the aren t able to answer any queries that are presented to them on top of this I asked for a refund to find i would have to wait 14 days to receive it. Music magpie is a much more competent business to purchase from in the future the also offer next day delivery along with the Sam 1 year warranty there are a business who can get it right where quick fix have got it so underwhelmingly wrong. Very poor service. I do not know how the overall rating is still 3+. Its been 18 days now I have purchased a mobile, and now they are telling that it will take another 1 week or so to send me the mobile. Even mobile companies don't take 4 week to build a new mobile phone from scratch. Hopeless service. Last week after 13 days of purchase they told me that they are not able to deliver the mobile since quality test have failed. I do not understand whats going on is it like they have only 1 mobile phone which they are tying to fix or something? They can send me some other phone right? Hi, i have placed an order on 22/11/2020 , with a view of getting the phone within next two weeks. Due to current situation i do understand there were delays, however response from company very poor with no indicative dates at all. In the end I had to buy phone somewhere else and have written to cancel my order twice in December and asked for a refund. No response at all! today (7th Jan'21) i get an email confirming dispatch if my order! this is ridiculous! I do not want to the phone anymore but my money! there is no customer service and any communication whatsoever! never again will I use this company!

We did some reviews on this website, I needed to replace my iPhone 5. so I went on to quick mobile fix found the 4s that I preferred. Site was easy to use, delivery was super quick, and warranty offered. Phone arrived in very good condition and genuine packing. All in all very pleased would recommend.

I would not recommend this company, i purchased a refurbished grade A/excellent condition iPhone 6s, which arrived with clear scratches on the screen, a faulty power connection and battery issues. This would be bad enough on its own. however, i immediately returned and am still awaiting my refund, even though it has now almost been 3 weeks (well outside of the 14 days, they say it may take). They are effectively now withholding my money and have stopped responding to my emails, even though i've had confirmation that the returned phone was received on the 12th of June. I state again, i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. there are many other phone sites out there, so use one of them (as i have since done with no issues).
Updated 8th July 2019: received an email stating that they are having payment difficulties. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - This is how they operate, by delaying payments for as long as possible to ensure the funds stay in their bank account. There are numerous reviews across the internet detailing that this isn't a one off occurrence and is actually systematic and deliberate!
Updated 14 July 2019: having received another email assuring me that my refund would be paid on the 12th, no such payment has occurred and i have been forced to raise the issue as a dispute via my bank.
I say again, do not use this company, they are a disgrace!
I bought a refurbished i-phone, having lost mine. It arrived the next day. It was in excellent condition, came with new battery, two protectors and case, and guarantee. It is very good value for money - feels brand new! I am thrilled with it!!! This company more than lives up to their promises. No problems with phone - definitely recommend them!
Hi ordered a phone Thursday admittedly quite late. Based on promised repairs of 24 hrs expected that the phone would be at least processed the next day. Every other seller of phones says next day which is industry norm. Spoke this morning to enquire. Told delivery next Wed to Fri. Said with this in mind wanted to cancel. They said fine 'and put the phone down' no details of how they would cancel and when to expect repayment. Not good enough.
I got my iphone 6s in 7 working days. It looks fine, it can bug sometimes. But, for the price, I am quite happy. I didn't get a charger and no headphone.

Only gripe is I had to buy a charger although I thought the basic bundle will have a charger. Hopefully might get a refund. Once again very happy with my iPhone 7 plus. Thanks guys. Didn't even have to wait for the upto 7 working days delivery.
I bought an I phone 6, it started overheating while charging... Dangerous and clearly not repaired to OEM standards. Sent it back and have been waiting months for a repair and they refuse to provide a replacement despite it being under warranty. Absolute joke, I would rather buy a cheap new phone than give this bunch of jokers another penny of my hard earned money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After paying a lot of money for a 'new iPhone', they sent a phone with a yellow screen that barely worked (which also came very late in the post). It's clearly not made using actual Apple parts, unlike how it was described. Was told it's too late to send it back because it's been longer than their return period, EVEN THOUGH THE PHONE ARRIVED SO LATE IN THE POST, IT WAS PAST THE RETURN PERIOD BEFORE IT ARRIVED. it's now almost a year later, they're still taking incredibly long to reply, and refusing to accept a return and give a refund. Been talking to trading standards who haven't helped either.
Repaired phone was "delivered" by their courier, but we never received it. It was delivered at at time when nobody was at home, yet it appears to have been signed for (presumably the driver). I have CCTV of the driver disappearing from sight with the package and reappearing 9 seconds later without it. It takes 30 seconds to get to my front door from this position! Have phoned and emailed QMF constantly for a week each time getting a curt reply from a different person. They simply do not care. I'll try once more today then going legal..small claims court.
