I would advise anyone considering using QMF to reconsider. I ordered on the basis of next day delivery on 10th december 19. I was then told by email it would be 5 to 7 days. After 7 days i was told 10 days. They then decided to be honest, that doesnt happen very often with them, and told me it was unlikely to be delivered until after Christmas. At this point I asked to cancel the order and have a refund. I wad told the order was cancelled and i would get my refund in 14 days. After 14 days I emailed, they didnt reply, I then received a message saying my mobile was out for delivery. I emailed and said I didn't want it as I had bought one elsewhere. When ups came to deliver I refused delivery and the delivery man said it would be back with them in the morning. He filled in the apropriate paperwork. They then sent an email saying they had received the phone back in the warehouse and were checking it!!! My refund may take a little longer whilst they check it. I emailed after a week. They said there would be no refund as they didn't have the phone. So I've turned to my bank to deal with it. Don't deal with them they are not untrustworthy.
