Don't use this company. I ordered a iPhone on 5th October, told 7-10 days for dispatch. Cancelled the order on 25th October because I still hadn't had the phone. I requested a refund and was told 10-14 days. After numerous emails I was told refund would be issued on 22nd December!!!! Still waiting.... I contacted my bank and they done a charge back for me. I also reported the company to Trading Standards.

I was notified when the phone was sent, as this model was not sent out straight away which was stated on the website, it arrived on time and as described. I am happy with my purchase, my initial worries unfounded and would recommend to others.
If there was a way of giving no stars I would, do not under any circumstances buy from this company, I waited 4 weeks for a refurbished iPhone 8, eventually I had to cancel and I am still waiting for a refund, the date they have now given would be 8 weeks after I cancelled the order, and I doubt it will happen then, I just hope that no one else gets caught out by this firm, i do not understand how they are still allowed to trade with such a terrible track record, I was so foolish not to have checked this firm out before I ordered,
Do not use! Sent my phone and nearly 2 week ago and have not got my money! Lots of promises but still no money! Police and trading standards are now involved! Only positive is that I am the legal owner of the phone (receipts kept) so if no money arrives by the latest promised date ( have an email confirming that date from ur staff) the police can mark the phone stolen and then investigate it as theft! They have a number of complaints against this company! Don t understand why a company would advertise one thing and then not do what they advertise!? Very poor service

Poor quality phone, battery swollen and dangerous would not charge, better quality and phones on ebay much cheaper. No response when emailed the company, will never use them again.
I suppose it is important to have opinions on everything from the taste of eggs to global warming. So it seems churlish to say I don't have any feelings about this. Global warming however is caused by human and animal activity thinning out the atmosphere and making the sun penetrate the ozone layer. Trump being a global warming denier is ridiculous and rhe sooner he is impeached and kicked out the better. Hope this was entertaining!
Absolute shambles. Sent me a broken phone. I sent it back straight away. They have now had it 3 1/2 week. Each time you ring (1hour on hold first) they fob you off and say it will be sorted in the following days. There quick enough to take my money each month though.
Despite me cancelling my order they had the nerve to send it, anyways i tried to use the phone for some days as a test trail if it works the phone came scratched even though it's meant to be in good condition. It over heats when charging the battery dies in less than 30 mintues The I cloud doesn't work it says 'The maximum amounts of free accounts has been activated on this account'. This suggest the previous phone owner had made more than 2 icloud accounts and apple has a strict policy stating you can only make 3 icloud accounts per device .
I have tried contacting them but they don't pick up and send silly emails not even answering my email so i am sending my phone back to them for my 14 day back guarantee. if they don't give my money within 14 days i will take them to court.

Ordered phone in August. Over 4 weeks ago. Still not arrived. Told it would be dispatched by today because of specific QC issues with iPhone 7. Now being told it ll be 2 weeks. They don t even have a phone for me. They re lying through their teeth to keep people s money for as long as humanly possible and gain interest in their oversized bank account.

I am now waiting for a response to another lengthy email sent for the attention of a manager (25/3/19) . As of yet no reply or contact which is strange as any other time I have emailed I have had a response within about an hour . Not always with useful information but a response none the less
System updates now state my phone has failed testing and is back with a technician which I am aware of as I did get a response on Facebook .
This still does not give me the answers as to why my repair is taking so long and how my phone is now not working after the repair ,which brings me back to the issue of no one seeming to be bothered about customer service aspect of the business

Dependent on the response from my current email I am ready to exercise my rights under the consumer rights act 2015 which I have advised in my current email as this company are not providing me with an adequate service within a reasonable timescale as far as I am concerned .

A mixed story. I bought a Samsung S6 Edge, reasonably priced, rated Excellent condition. When it arrived it appeared unmarked, but there was a thin and faint smear across one corner of the screen, almost as if somebody had gently run the edge of a rubber down it. I thought nothing of it. The phone had an immediate problem with losing charge, and the suppliers responded quickly to advise me to change a setting, which appeared to work. In fact, the phone continued to lose charge without warning, but much less often. The real problem was that I realised after a couple of weeks that at each end of the smear on the screen a small crack had appeared in the glass surface, and it was now clear that the "smear" was almost certainly a hairline crack, and that this had extended through being handled. I have not dropped or crushed the handset, or done anything that would have damaged it, so the crack must have been there on arrival. I understand that I should have reported a damaged phone within 3 days of its arrival, but the damage was not evident until a couple of weeks or more after that. I explained this to Quick Mobile Fix, and gave my word that I had not damaged the handset, but they were unable to offer any other solution than paying for a repair myself. I suggested that they might buy it back at a much lower price, but they were unwilling to do that. Since then, the handset has developed an alarming flash of the screen when it is re-awakened, but this does not prevent normal use thereafter. So, whilst they provided an apparently good handset at a fair price, and responded to initial requests for help, I believe that the handset was in fact damaged either before it was despatched, or in transit; sadly, my argument has not been accepted, so I find myself in possession of a fragile device with growing cracks in the screen, and no idea how long it will last.
Really quick service selling my phone - got the money in my account within a week of sending my phone off. Would use again & would definately recommend to anyone.

Very happy with the reconditioned iPhone 6 ordered. It arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. Purchased 3 months ago and phone has been working perfectly to date. Would be happy to use them again.
Ordered & paid for phone on 19th May, which I never received despite calling & emailing & promises of being a "priority". No reason or explanation as to why they could not send my order, but from online research I'm pretty sure they have phones for sale on their website which they don't actually have. Eventually cancelled order on 14th June & still do not have my money back (16 working days later). I've now opened a fraud investigation against them to recover the money they should have refunded.

Absolute awful company to deal with.. like many others the timeframe was the most worrying thing, promised to dispatch product that was in stock within 10x working days but failed to do so for a solid moth. E-mail communication terrible , an hour waiting in a call queue to speak with somebody, although they were friendly and pretended to be sincere the promises made there were also false. My son opened the phone on xmas day charged it up there was a fault in the battery sent it back on 16th of January 2020 and then on the 28th of January 2020 had a email saying phone will be dispatched in 7 to 10 working days. Still no phone More

27th February Update: i managed to get hold of the online chat and was told that I have to wait to the 11th of March to now get my refund. I was not having it I contact my bank a raised a dispute and I received my money within 1 or 2 working day after filling out a dispute form. I do not recommend this company so unprofessional. I brought a phone of eBay and I received it in 2 working day. Yes it was 30 pounds more that quick mobile fix but I would rather pay for the phone and wait 2 days. Contact your bank if you money have not received your money within 14 days.
I ordered my phone order ID144149 on the 23rd of December and I've been given the same excuses of quality checks and how it should be with me with 2-4 day two weeks ago and still nothing tired of the automated responses just feel like I'm being taken for an idiot.
I purchased my phone waited 10 days and then decided to cancel my order as it was taking way too long and I couldn t wait any longer so I emailed them to cancel my order as it wasn t sent out anyway thay replied within reasonable time as are you sure and I said yes please cancel my order as I can t wait that long and was waiting for my refund. But 17 days later I received and email your order has been dispatched. Even I cancelled it while ago , they didn t ......And now I have to wait for it then I have to refuse it and then who knows what s going to happen. I wouldn t suggest to buy anything from them , as there is problem after problem ... and when you try to call them , impossible to get trough....
Communication is non existent. On the rare occasion you do get a response, the attitude of the agents isn't great, very unhelpful. I called numerous times, was on hold about an hour each time and didn't even get through in the end.
Waited almost 3 weeks for delivery of a phone and didn't even get the colour I wanted, they decided to tell me it wasn't in stock on the very last day. But took my money instantly upon order. Didn't even dare send the phone back because itd be another month of waiting and I was desperate.
Really easy to use, offered best price and money paid straight into bank account as notified. Kept informed of when payment was going to be made. Will use again.

A really Great service. Paid and received an email containing a prepaid postage label and tracker info, sent of phone on the Monday received it back all fixed + free phone case on the Wednesday. Very polite staff and fast fix. Highly recommend.
Guys don't make any mistakes please. Think 1000 times before making any purchase with this company. Since 23rd November 2020, I am awaiting for my refund. They always gave one and half month away date for refund. When the time over, they didn't even bother to send an email about that. After enquiry, today they gave me another date that is 30th of April 2021. They are such busy that for refund they need one month 15 days. After receiving 3 more dates previously, I don't have any hope that they will back my refund on 30th April 2021. Such a bad experience. They don't even gave me any complain email. Stay away from them please.

They ensured it would arrive within 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I emailed them and they said it would be another 3 weeks. After this time they told me that unfortunately it won t be arriving and they will issue a refund which will take 14 days. It s now been 2 months and I still have no refund. They have stopped responding to all my emails and there is no contact number. They are scammers and should be closed down.

IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD. I received a faulty iPhone 8 Plus from this company and I did not get a reply from them for over 2 weeks, I finally get through to ask for a refund and they tell me they don t pay for postage for returns. I was informed I would have to find a courier to send the phone back from Dublin to the UK and this is paid by what your sending and how much it s worth. As this is not my fault that they have sent me a FAULTY phone I am not liable to have to pay mad money to send it back to them???? I will be taking this matter further. Really rude customer service. They do not send you your phone with in 7 days and then when you contact them, asking where your phone is they send you an email not to contact them. Buy somewhere else!

Excellent service. Very impressed. Sent my phone away on the Thursday and received it 7 days later. During those 7 days I was able to track the repair progress through a link sent to me via email. It arrived sealed in very protective packaging and my phone is good as new again. Would absolutely recommend this service!
Their delivery time only shows after you purchase the item. How is that a responsible practice? Their lines are always engaged so there is no way to get hold of them. I asked to cancel the order and still they haven't get back to me. I will report this to the police if I don't get an answer by end of the play tomorrow. Definitely stay away from this company! UPDATE They didn't cancel the order but I finally received the phone in 12 days. The phone is in great conditions.

Even the cancellation process was painful... Since cancelling my order on 21st March, I was told repeatedly via email that I would receive my refund within 14 days. Lo and behold, the 14 days came and went and when phoning QMF to find out about the whereabouts of my refund, I am now being told it could be a further week. They claim it takes '14 days to process the order ' - quite the opposite of the promise made in their emails.
This company is built on false promises and I truly urge you to use any other company, as I can almost guarantee they won't mess you around as much as Quick Mobile Fix has with me.
Awful company. Avoid at all costs. Tried to buy an iphone for my daughter last Christmas. Fobbed off and lied to repeatedly. In the end had to get one from CEX on Xmas eve. Then tried to get a refund - was told the refund guy was off. That they had changed their finance system etc etc. Incredible. In the end QMF said that I should ask my own credit card company for a refund - never know anything like it! Took me 5 months in total and in the end the credit card company refunded me. I think this company is dishonest and I would expect to see them on Watchdog very soon.
Undelivered. Very poor order turnaround time. After a month of waiting I decided to cancel. No refund received yet.
I ordered a phone advertised on the site (iPhone 7 in good condition 200+gb). The confirmation email states 10 days for dispatch. After 2 weeks whenever I asked for an up update, I was told it would be dispatched as soon as possible . When I pressed further they promised by the end of the week .The weeks end came and when and after the second undelivered promise I cancelled.
It appears that they sell these handsets and may not actually have them in stock, often saying they are being quality checked (for several weeks?). Therefore be careful if you want something non standard.
Personally I will be avoiding in future and will use a bigger company with better reviews. (Wish I had read these reviews in advance now!)
Really bad experience with them. Have taken the money for a refurbished phone which became faulty after a few weeks. After sending it for repairs, it has been 6 weeks and still haven't received it. There is a lack of communication and the phone lines are engaged. They keep coming up with excuses. I strongly recommend reading reviews on other sites as well as other people have had similar experiences.
Ordered phone in July. Was fixed 2 times already and 3 days after receiving a replacement phone phone is faulty as well ( so need to send it back AGAIN). those 3 weeks of wait were not worth waiting at all. and each time the phone was repaired there was a huge delay on QMF end. warranty running out in 6months and I was refused a refund for a faulty phone that is not being fixed so I guess I will be sending my phone every other month and will be waiting 2-3 weeks to get it back and in 6months I will be left with a broken phone having paid for it of course. Had long converstations with the customer service sending me automated messages to send the phone back after 3 days of receiving it........ I do not want to deal with this anymore. I want my money back because I never had a properly working phone from QMF
I am pleased with the repair to the shattered glass on my iPad. Price was reasonable as it included postage and delivery with insurance. Local repairer could only change the glass with touch screen as a unit so cost would have been quite a bit more. Would use again should disaster strike.
It s been 3 weeks and I am still waiting on my refund, shocking communication and service. A company which will take no second in taking your money yet will take an age to give you it back. I have exchanged 20+ emails enquiring into my refund and yet nothing has been done nor anything conductive said. This iPhone 8 is the fourth phone my wife and I have bought from QMF. As previously, the quality of this unit was beyond question and I was staggered to receive it within four days of placing the order. Bravo, QMF, more power to you.
Price quoted was the price paid - unlike some of the other companies who drop the price once you send In the phone even though there s nothing wrong with it! Whole process was very fast and payment made within the 3-5 working days as promised. Would use again.
I would not recommend them at all!!! Took forever to receive the phone after purchasing! When it came it came faulty! They offered to return phone and fix it and send it back, would have taken at least two weeks. The girl on the phone was short tampered and very disrespectful! Literally ruined my whole day after speaking to them. I asked for full refund and then speaking on the phone she kept going on about fixing the phone even though I have requested a full refund! Girl needs to gain some maniers and finish her school! Rubbish company, no customer service skills!!
Very good experience with quick mobile fix. Good communications via email, fast delivery. I purchased what was marked up as on their website a Samsung s6 good condition., to me it looked perfect and as the phone was for my daughter she was very pleased with the phone. Thank you quick fix mobile.
